When arriving at this public storage location I was greeted and given all information that I needed. Shawn was very helpful in answering questions I had as well as very informative in telling me all about the process, fees, and information about renting a storage space. I definitely recommend this location as it feels very safe and they have a very welcoming staff.

This was my mother’s first time getting a storage unit and Caprice was so kind and so helpful to walk my mother through it all. Caprice said she worked a different locations to help out so if anyone runs into her know they will be getting outstanding service. She was the epitome of good customer service.

I keep my trailer at Public Storage for at least 1.5 years now. The computer software there recently was adding additional charges that should not be there. I turned to Mary and Darren at that location and they were able to go through multiple screens and decipher the reason and correct that including keeping the same close to reasonable price of the spot. At other places I was not so lucky. Their experience, care for customers and really welcoming personalities are second to none including results pertaining to my requests like price evaluation and its correcting to the fullest possibilities. Best location to store your home goods in all of Schaumburg!! 20 stars to Mary, Shawn and the friendly staff here and I had a locker in the same section 2 different times to help me get through some difficult stages in life!! I used the inside locker and although not the biggest it fit most of my townhome!! I will be back again and will refer anyone possible when going over options for a facility!! TOP NOTCH all the way!!

Mary, Tina and Dez were awesome. They made the whole process of getting a storage unit simple! Everything was upfront and clear and they had great personalities. The units I was shown were clean and well kept. The units are climate controlled and accessibility was easy.They are a super accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly team.
