While the brewery was quite busy when we visited, and there weren't enough servers, the staff still managed to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for us. Despite the wait times, the quality of the drinks and the variety of beers available made it well worth the visit. The vodka seltzers were a definite highlight for us. They were refreshing and had a good kick to them. The beer selection was also great, with plenty of different options to choose from. Despite the crowds, the atmosphere was still enjoyable and laid-back. We were able to find a table to sit at and enjoy our drinks, even if it was a bit noisy due to the large number of people around us. Overall, we highly recommend Pollyanna Brewing Company - Roselare. While it may be busy at times and short-staffed, the quality of their drinks and the variety of beer options make it worth the visit. If you're looking for a fun and relaxed brewery experience, be sure to check it out. Very cool venue! Pollyanna always has a great beer selection and the quality is great. If you are into sours try the mango or kiwi allure but my absolute favorite was Smrt Smrt Fruited sour. Their barrel aged stout Orenda volume two was solid also. Great space for indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was welcoming and service was quick.

Local.....hidden ....but a hit like no other. Owners are on site which is a BIG plus! Try something new and you will not regret it. A strong vibe of "they get it" is experienced here. A true gem!!!!! Anybody can find something they will like here.

This place has AWESOME beer! They are so friendly and follow all the social distancing rules. Try the Blackberry Allure!

Overall this is a great hang out BUT they have a bartender Justin who is not focused on customer experience. We came with the family since they had a few food trucks, we thought the kids would have a decent time, but this guy is not fond of family’s in this establishment. We are repeat customers, but are rethinking our loyalties after our experience today. I’m still giving a decent overall review, but do not recommend bringing families here.

Great taproom and the best staff...all beers here are solid.. something for everyone..BYOF and occasional food trucks.. Update.. attended Beer fest and volunteered. Great time and nice crowd. Roselle Centennial and Roselle Red were awesome. Had a Smoked Italian beef from CCK!!

First off I love pollyanna. Today though I was not happy. How do you have a food vendor that only certain people can get food from. So you are sitting next to all these people eating great smelling BBQ but you can't get any. Add that to the fact they are out of not 1 but both of their hazy IPA selections. Need to re think the food only for certain people. I felt like I wasn't a star bellied sneetch.

Very nice taproom! Beyond the beer selection Pollyanna also has craft cocktails made with their distilled spirits and a small food menu. While there on a cold Saturday afternoon there was a hot dog vendor and live music. Sitting at the bar the service was top notch. We got the Roselle Red and the west coast IPA Lexical Gap. Got one of the big Bavarian pretzels too. 🥨 Pollyanna has a nice vibe, spacious patio and outdoor games. Five stars.

Great recipe of solid beers, solid foods, love music, and space. Loved the buy-one-for-a-friend board. Up to speed on their style and merch.

We visited for the first time. We found tap room busy, but an open table. Wait staff took our drink orders and delivered drinks to the table. The brews were very drinkable. Food is limited to the food trucks serving on the curb. It’s a nice place to start or end the evening.

Live music, really good beer. Is there anything else you need ? And I think you should know no food but you can order or bring your own.

The beer here was super tasty. There are 2 reasons I am giving it only 4 stars. 1 is because they were out of the Pollyanna Pilsner. 2 is because I didn't get the beer that I asked for, and when I asked my server, first he said he would take care of it, then he forgot, and then finally about 20 minutes later, I got my beer. It was a Saturday night, there was a super yummy barbecue food truck in front (Holy Smokes, I think), they were lightly staffed (probably not by choice), and the place was packed. I get it, but I don't want to wait 20 minutes for a beer. I would go back though, just not on a Saturday night. Good beer, and the food truck was fabulous.

The beer is fine, nothing special. Same with the staff and atmosphere. I’ve been here a few times and always been a bit disappointed. It’s fine, but nothing amazing.

The beer selection is limited, but all are decent. The staff is friendly and willing to answer questions about the beers. Limited food choices on-premise, but you can order out or bring your own.

Good variety of beer and entertainment was fun. They just keep making the place more attractive. They've added a canopy with heaters, open garage doors to bring the outside in and give it that open feel. The service was great! Now they have bourbon, gin and who knows what else. The 110 proof bourbon is smooth and tastey

Finally had a chance to check out this place and lucked out because it was trivia night! I have yet to visit their brewery in St. Charles, next on my list, but the taproom was amazing! The atmosphere was fun, silly, and chill. The beer is delicious! They don't serve food there at the taproom, but they encourage you to order in and have local restaurants delivery. The staff is fun, and they have a great patio. I can't wait to go back for another trivia night! See you all soon!
