Amazing customer service, very delicious food, perhaps the best Cracker Barrel I’ve been in. Our host was very attentive, she was very fast and helpful. The food was served within minutes of ordering it. Grandpas country fried breakfast is still my favorite. Plenty of parking, very friendly staff.

The food took a bit longer than normal and it came out about room temp.... Maybe a little bit warmer. Our server seemed stressed and there wasn't a lot of guests but I understand she wasn't having a good day. I do have to say the dumpling was just as I remembered them 10 years ago... Delicious. All in all, it's a good place, just that the service was slow and stressed. We ate at 3pm....there was hardly anyone there....but I don't know what happened before.....soooooo....if you really love Cracker Barrel and don't mind the lack of service, get some good ole countryside food!

Either it was just a bad night or something because this was always one of my favorite places. Lots of nostalgia and good food mom would make. Sadly tonight the food was cold, I got a side dish 10 minutes after my meal was served, the waitress never checked on us to ask if we needed anything or if the food was good or to check our drinks for refills. The cashier was a zombie, zero personality, never asked how our food or experience was. Just not the Cracker Barrel I'm used to. Still love the place, but the first time that they fell far short of what I know they can do. Disappointing yet I know I will stop again at other locations.

Always a joy to bring the family to one of these locations. My wife in particular loves to come here to bring our boys to browse the general store. Good ol' country cookin' at reasonable prices, always clean/sanitized venue with a friendly staff and family friendly atmosphere. Locations seem to be always located right off of an interstate hwy which is always good for tourists and/or ppl just passing thru. Never grows old and pretty much always look forward to dining in when wifey mentions she wants to eat here.

The country fried steak was literally ground beef lol and we saw our server three times. Never got napkins, so I had to grab some paper towels from the bathroom. We had to ask a manager for the bill because we never got one. Super disorganized, but the store is nice.

Cassie was my server and did a good job! Friendly and provided a good recommendation when asked about menu. The grilled chicken tenders I had never tried but were good.

Tried the meatloaf. It was okay. We ordered chicken and dumpl>dumpling. We rec'd dumplings with no chicken and they thought we wouldn't notice. The manager rectified the situation which we appreciate. Erika was our server and she was awesome 👌! I'll always recommend CRACKER BARREL!

The service my family received was the worst I've ever experienced in my life, and I believe it has to do with racism. The hostess sat us down, and the waitress didn't come for 10 minutes, so the hostess ended up taking our drink order. Then 15 minutes later, our waitress finally showed up to take our order. Mind you, we were the only table in her section. It was 3:30, so it wasn't busy at all. Two couples showed up, and their drink orders were taken about 5 minutes after they were seated. Slowly each table got their food while we were still waiting. It was about 30 minutes later, and both of the tables received their food. One of the groups showed up about 10 minutes after we ordered our meals, and they somehow had their food brought out to them while we were still waiting. In this 40 minute time span, we would've appreciated at least getting our drinks refilled because they were empty (the ice even melted) or at least getting our basket of biscuits. The other tables received those while they were waiting for their food. It was difficult not to get frustrated seeing every table receive their food while my family was still waiting even though we ordered way before they even arrived. I asked our waitress how much longer it would take and why the other tables received everything already, and all she said was "I'm trying my best" as she walks away from us. Not even a simple apology or the courtesy to stop and listen to my question. After about 45 minutes, we finally received our food from the hostess, and the food was dry and had a dry film over it, so it's obvious that the food was just sitting under the warmer, and she wouldn't bring it out. She never once apologized or at least explained why we needed to wait 45 minutes or watch everyone else receive their food before us. The server's name was Brooklyn, and I can't understand why this happened. The only thing I can think of is racial motive. We were the only nonwhite people. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was a frustrating and terrible end to our trip.

We had the new Smokey seasoned chicken breast and it was dry with no flavor. It really didn't taste like there was any seasoning on it and no smoked flavor whatsoever.

I visited Apple holler today and enjoyed one of the best breakfast I've had in as long as I can remember but even before that I was immediately impressed just upon entering the parking lot with all of the decorations outside and a beautiful patio surrounded by a small garden with gorgeous Flowers and bird's nests which were heavily occupied. Upon entering the building you'll immediately notice the bakery section full of homemade pies, Apple butter, cakes, muffins, fudge, and specialty breads like apple pie and strawberry which will leave you stuck in your tracks along with other homemade candies in addition to homemade cider, hard cider, and even cider slushies!!! Apple Holler also offers many items for sale aside from food including antique style decor and many options to decorate your garden. Make sure to take advantage of the walking tours of their orchard, a play area, for kids plus different events throughout the seasons and plenty of options and activities for the family to enjoy but I think the real star of the show is their food which is so much better than anything I've had in a very long time. I got a classic eggs breakfast which may sound simple but there was nothing boring about it with homemade biscuits, homemade apple butter, and even the option to choose pulled pork and corned beef as your meat of choice I left full as can be along with my family who had a great time so if you're in the area stop at Apple holler even if you're not hungry lol.

Great choices and huge portions. I always have leftovers when dining here. Our server was very accurate and friendly. As usual the meal was delicious!

Have you ever had French toast and fried chicken? I did for the first time, and it's delicious. The chicken is crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The French toast could've been a bit more crunchy on the edges. They serve country homestyle meals. There's a gift store that you have to go through in order to get in and out of the restaurant. I feel the servers need a bit more enthusiasm. Something is lacking in the handful of service I've gotten here. They start ok and then abandon ship. Don't even come to check up on how things are going, seem uninterested, etc. It's too bad because so far food has been good.

This was the first time I have visited this restaurant in 20 years! I absolutely love the atmosphere and the decor that they have! If you enjoy old style decor that's a place to go! And they definitely have good food and they have a great price! For the two of us our last visit was $33 and some odd cents. That was for a sirloin steak with green beans and corn and my girlfriend had four piece chicken with dumplings and hash browns and a strawberry lemonade and three bottles of soda! And now of course they have a store with quite a bit of merchandise!

My family and I have the worst experience. To start with Hair in my food and I give to the waitress and no manager presented to are table. Over charges for food that we didn’t order and eat, the waitress customer service was the worst. The food was cool and are plates was missing food part of there menus plates. My family and I go to the restaurant all the time and we love it . Today that love end. I understand that we all have bad days but when you have bad days you make the best of them . If the manager take responsibility of the restaurant will be a different store in this review. Telling everyone how the restaurant take responsibility and face all the facts that was happening in the moment. I’m so disappointed.

Arriving late and leaving early is my trademark Cracker Barrel move. They tolerate overnight parking in their parking lots by RVers and this is the best spot in southeast Wisconsin for it. Level parking, undisturbed, some noise from the highway. Sorry I didn't get breakfast, Cracker Barrel. If y'all would open at 6:00 am, I would. Maybe next time!

Great food... Outstanding prices.... EXCELLENT SERVICE!! We are repeat offenders when it comes to Cracker Barrel so we are accustomed to the 3 areas mentioned above. And on our last visit not only were our expectations met but we received multiple follow-up checks from both our server and greeter. Felt even more at home!!! Nice touch. Keep up the great work!
