    Do NOT ever visit this Taco Bell. I REPEAT, DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS TACO BELL: My wife and I have attempted to get food there 6 times now and every time there has been an issue... with that said we are completely done and will NEVER go back: Visit 1: 11:30pm, they said they were closed, even though the sign clearly says open until 1am. Visit 2: Out of beef. Visit 3: Order was not even close, received someone else's. Visit 4: Refused to take our order because Uber Eats orders took priority. Visit 5: Closed again even though we arrived at 10:30PM Visit 6: Received our order and while driving realized they missed three items, even though we paid for everything. I'm so angry with Taco Bell I don't think I'll ever patronize the business again. Either hire people that actually care or close your doors. I'm very disappointed and will be calling corporate.

    Employees have bad attitude. Made me reverse and pull back so I wouldn’t have a line sight through the drive up window. Which was REALLY sketchy. What are they hiding?? I’m supposed to trust these employees with my food?? Morale and drive were NONexistent. I like Taco Bell , but not going to this place again. Debating testing the food through lab.

    was at taco bell which is at 9281 159th St Orland Hills. And I placed 2 orders 1 in the drive-thru and at 1 thru the app. I spent about $150 and they are saying that they can't give me my both orders cause I had a big order. This thing happens to me for 3rd time and it's the same location every time. If they don't know how to take care of the customers they shouldn't be in the business. This is ridiculous. I will never come here and never prefer any one else to come here.

    Refused my mobile order in the drive thru and told me I needed to come inside. I explained to them that I was now stuck in their drive thru with 4 cars ahead of me and 2 behind me. I was left sitting in the drive thru with no response. I told them to cancel my order order which they didn’t. Had to do that at home later. Laziest most ignorant human beings I have ever seen in my life.

    Well, seeing that this has a 3.0 on here tells me that they really don’t care how to treat their customers, because I just went there to order some food first off. Had to sit at the menu for about 2 to 3 minutes with no one asking for my order or to tell me to wait until they were ready so I had to say are you there then the response was yeah what And please no thank you may I take your order? No normal response like that OK then I get to the window and what’s staring back at me as a middle-age man white glasses who has the personality of a teenager so if that’s who they’re hiring and that’s how they’re training them , this will definitely be the last time I will ever go to any Taco Bell in Illinois because it seems like any fast food restaurant in Illinois Hires or doesn’t train, these individuals. People who want jobs can’t get them because the idiots like these who have jobs and make it harder for people to want to work at places that have people like these work there it’s just sad no one takes anything serious or they take it too serious and make everything worse End of rent.

    Ordered two separate orders on the app, had to drive around twice just to get both orders. No other Taco Bell required me to do this. Y’all want a livable wage with this kind of service??? Yea right 😂

    Open when they feel like it, closed when they don't. Employees are rude and can never seem to get your order right. And after spending 15 minutes in the drive through, you would expect the wait to be because they are making your food fresh. Not at all, food comes cold and not quite what you ordered. Last time I stop at this location. Would give zero stars if I could.

    Got volcano tacos, they didn’t put any lava sauce. Got a dorito supreme - they did not make it supreme. 🥲 Such a shame. Such a simple order and they couldn’t even make it accurate.

    Terrible!!! Idk where to start… from cold tacos to no sauce in the bag when I specifically (and nicely) asked for extra. I was a huge fan of this specific location but it has recently fallen off due to being short staffed. No sauce in the bag was a deal breaker as if this food is edible without sauces, I had to throw away my food. I will never be back. Please be hesitant of the stinginess on the sauces before you spend your hard earned money here. Never in my 46 years of life have I been so disrespected at a place of business. My dead ancestors would turn over in there graves if they didn’t get sauce with their tacos!!!!! And to top it all off its not even salsa verde, I’m gonna take myself back to Mexico and get authentic tacos. My experience at this location was so bad I’m literally booking a flight to a whole other country. #crazy

    The worst Taco Bell I have ever had I ordered 2 veggie fiesta burrito has no sour cream has no avocado has no cheese in it Also I ordered chees and chicken quesadilla has no chicken in it. And I then I have drive back to get money back or food this is crazy

    0 Stars to all the bad experiences each and every time I was here. Rude cashier that snatches money out of your hand, smart mouth and unsanitary employees. I don't feel safe or comfortable returning here do to the behavior of the employees. Also orders are always not what you ordered exactly in regards to sauces and beans. There is a creepy guy who works there. He keeps roaming around the dining room with his hands in his back pants and a has a grin on his face as if he's waiting for someone to ask him for help so he can express how he really feels. He is very aggressive and should be fired immediately. There was a dinning room open sign for weeks and weeks but the dinning was closed . This Taco Bell should have headquarters watch them down as they ruin the establishment of what was once was a Taco Bell. I'd bet they would be very shocked.

    Driving up to the drive thru speaker the woman that answered (looks to be the one that wears glasses) just sounds like she is just ready to get you off property as soon as possible. Always annoying when anyone working customer service sound like you are bothering them.

    Ordered on the app 30 minutes before advertised closing. App confirmed I could make it before closing time. Arrived at location 20 minutes before closing. Drive thru told me they were closed and didn't get my mobile order.

    Do not ever go to this Taco Bell. Staff is rude, items never in stock. Service is horrendous. Woman on the phone refused to refund even though they couldn’t provide what I ordered.

    This Taco Bell is horrible. In the 2+ years I've been coming they have never gotten an order correct. Yesterday I got a Nacho Fries box. They forgot the cheese. Today I ordered the same thing...they forgot the Nacho Fries and cheese...and the burrito. Are you all drunk or high over there? How is it consistently so bad. My fault for continuing to order from here and assuming you'll hire employees that can fulfill the simplest orders.

    I went through the drive-thru and the order taker was rude when I pulled up to the window. The only time he spoke was to tell me my total. Didn't get a thank you have a nice day. Nothing. When I said thank you after he handed me my order, he gave me a thumbs up. What's that? Just seemed rude to me.

    Everytime you come later than 10PM, they will always be having computer rebooting issues and need atleast 20 minutes .. horrible.

    Taco bell, a place known for diharrea and fast Mexican food, isn't that bad, though the whole place was dirty and very few decorations, the food was great, the chalupa and burrito were so creamy and nachos were crisp with hot cheese, its like all of it is made a millisecond ago, but the actual wait time is less than ideal. But the 5 dollar box is a bargain.

    I ordered on Nov 25th. Between 1:50pm and 2:20pm. The dining room was nasty, the employees were using derogatory words and listening to rap in the kitchen. My food was cold when recieved, also the girl who gave me my food was rude toward me and when i asked for a bag to carry sauce and utensils she looked at my veteran hat and said NO, turned her back too me n walked away. She then went in kitchen laughing. Cameras at location will show i was actually cleaning dining room and straightening up while waiting for my food and how she was RUDE toward me for being white and a veteran? The owners need to investigate this restaurant. Suprise shopper. Youll see based on video these employees are lazy, rude and use profanity in the work place. FACT and play profanity music. Nasty environment only working for money, food sucked. These employees need fired.

    One of the worst experiences I had in my life very disrespectful workers gave me half my order and claimed it was complete after showing them twice, the cook in the back came and snagged a bag from my hand didn’t even say a word. I asked them to just give me my money back and they both just stood there and said nothing. The manager came in and asked what did I need? I explained she had nothing to say, but gave me my money back.

    I'm not huge fan of Taco Bell, was out hungry. However, the store in Orland Hills impressed me. It wasn't the food, it was the service. Lately every where you go is short staffed, and those working have no people skills. The 3 employees I encountered today were the most personable ones I've encountered in a long time. The store was spotless.

    Had to use kisok to order. It didn't take cash. Took a VERY long time to process. Stood in line anyway to pay for order, which also too a long time. Service was just really, really slow. I did get my order, and it was as expected, but the service was just much slower than normal.

    This location is terrible. They work when they want. They do not have consistent hours for breakfast or even for basic drive-thru operation. I’m not exactly sure why this location is still open as it is usually a waste of time going never knowing if they taking orders or not!

    Gas up before you go through their drive thru, it's gonna take a while - even with ordering through the mobile app. Also, check your order before you leave - they often get it wrong.

    I stood at the register for over 10 minutes before someone took my order. I will never go back to that location. I also advise everyone else to avoid this location, especially if you're hungry or on lunch with limited time. Enough said!!!!!!!

    This place is disgusting, I got some drinks and they had a moldy after taste just nasty. Something wasn’t right, I asked for a different drink thinking maybe it’s the syrup they need to change.     This is the worst run taco bell in the United States, waited 20 minutes for an incorrect order never received the drink I paid for, at 1 point there were 5 people waiting to make an order and they were never even acknowledged by the staff.     They got my order wrong but I didn't realize it until I got home. They were out of Mexican pizza and out of straws. There was no line but I had to pull up and wait about 6 mins for 2 chalupas (I ordered beef and got chicken). Smh

    Pulled up in to the drive through window 11-20-20 at around 6:30 pm. Was immediately told by the girl on the speaker that their doing a shift change and to pull in the parking lot and wait 15 minutes before returning to the speaker to place our order. We informed the girl that we would not be waiting for15 minutes and returning . I hope a manager reads my review and pulls time cards to find out who was on the clock when this occurred. I highly doubt this is protocol for a shift change. P.S. Culver's across the street took our order right away.

    They only gave us half our food at first BUT even though it was inconvenient, they seem to be hiring a lot of people. The manager was really nice about it. He apologized, explained and even threw in some cinnamon twists and a free taco. They seem like nice people.

    When you order food at night they ask you to pull into the parking lot and wait with the five other cars. It never fails. Either you guys are personally slow or you don’t staff enough people at night.

    Got excited to go there after a long a night. I show up at 12:45 so excited that i got there before close (at 1) for the person on the speaker to tell me it’s closed. I am very disappointed in this location because after I pulled around I saw the workers running around having fun in the dine in area. I can longer support taco bell after this incident. I will be calling the manager tomorrow and asking can they give me cooperates email so I can express my feelings.

    The food we received was ice cold. It felt like someone popped the tacos in the microwave after being in the refrigerator but didn’t heat it up all the way. The meat was warm but the shell and everything else was cold. Didn’t taste very good and my stomach was upset afterwards.

    Got the chicken quesadilla combo and was up-charged just for switching out the chunks of chicken for shredded chicken..never in my history of visiting Taco Bell was I charged for simply switching it out..and the receipt said "Sb frm Bf to SChk" when the quesadilla wasn't even beef so I got ripped off. On top of that, I repeated my order twice and emphasized the soft taco supreme..only to get a small one. Finally, I specifically asked for various sauces and only got a handful of mild and nothing else.

    You can tell that the workers eat here they make your food the way they would make their own meals. Everything was fresh and delicious. The Chalupas were crisp perfection stuffed to the hilt. I love Taco Bell

    I would have chosen zero stars but if you do you are not given the option to post. My sister and I went to the Orland Hills Taco Bell on 10/28/20 @1:55pm. We brought the food home to eat by 2:30pm. By 5:30 for me and 6:00 for my sister we were experiencing excruciating stomach cramping and later nausea.Today is the 28th and we are not back to normal yet. We both had the taco supreme. This was the day they were giving away a free taco because of the playoffs. Thank goodness I forgot and they didn't offer it. Be careful and report anytime you get sick after eating somewhere.
