Excellence in product and service! I loved working with Marlee in designing my engagement ring (using diamonds from a previous "promise" ring from my now hubby. She listened and understood exactly the type of elegant setting I desired. She found the PERFECT setting and I absolutely luv it! We also purchased an amazing cut diamond for the top setting of the ring, Rolland's has top quality diamonds and I highly recommend this family owned establishment. Marlee also made my setting perfect when the vendor had a mishap with the design features. We went back and purchased my diamond wedding band to match my engagement ring and again Marlee made sure to match and help me select the perfect ring. I also love that I can pop in and have my wedding rings cleaned and they turn out dazzling & sparkling! The staff is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend them!!!

Veronica is the absolute best! She spent a great deal of time with me to help me pick out an engagement ring for my now wife. She explained every aspect of diamond buying and let me compare numerous different diamonds under the microscope. I took my time and never felt pressured. My experience was so good I went back for the wedding band, then my wedding band, and then again later for a special gift for my wife. I wouldn't buy any expensive jewelry anywhere else.

This is an absolutely amazing jeweler with a very friendly staff. Marlee and Will are great and very knowledgeable, offer insight, accommodating to custom requests with a sense of urgency. We bought custom matching bands for our wedding and they're making the impossible a reality with the turnaround time being ahead of what we needed. Marlee and Will went above and beyond with requests and questions we had. The rest of the staff is also very friendly, but I think we're looking forward to working with Marlee and Will whenever we come in. They even took care of a resizing on a seperate ring in a timely manner for a price that I was expecting to take longer than what other jewelers would charge. Thankfully, they're in our backyard, but I'd say they're well worth a drive for and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for custom pieces or even some of the pieces that are already in the store (which they have a huge inventory of).

Recently took my wedding rings in for a new appraisal and check. They look so fantastic now! Almost brand new! I also had my Mother’s wedding ring worked on. It is very sentimental piece and they did such a good job! Entirely replaced the worn shank and and made the ring look like what I imagine it did in 1946 when my Dad placed it on her finger❤️ I am beyond thrilled with the service this wonderful local Jeweler provided! I just got back from Rolland’s Jewelers and I’m so happy with the work they did on restringing two pearl necklaces and repairing a very old gold necklace.
