On
the
day
of
june
30th,
I
came
in
on
my
schedule
time
4
in
the
afternoon
for
repairs
and
attempted
to
drop
off
the
vehicle.
I
was
told
I
could
leave
the
car
for
repairs,
but
due
to
the
4th
of
july
that
they
won't
be
able
to
start
repairs,
which
totally
fine
and
understandable,
I
have
no
issue
there.
Due
to
my
last
min
circumstances
upon
my
arrival,
it
made
sense
just
to
get
whatever
process
started
and
reschedule
for
a
later
date.
I
spoke
with
two
individuals,
and
we
agreed
upon
coming
in
on
Wed
the
5th
of
july
around
the
same
time
of
my
scheduled
time
from
that
Friday
the
30th,
which
was
4
in
the
afternoon.
A
gentleman
took
photos
of
my
vehicle
to
get
the
process
started
that
day
before
I
left.
So
when
I
came
in
on
the
5th
and
I
was
told
I
wasn't
in
the
system
but
they
"called,"
and
"they
can
reschedule
for
another
day."
I
was
not
pleased
because
one
when
they
"call"
me
it
was
to
see
if
i
needed
a
rental
car
for
when
I
come
in
june
30th
and
also
I
had
to
do
alot
to
planning
to
get
this
time
slot
to
drop
off
my
car
and
this
was
a
huge
inconvenience.
I
will
be
taking
my
repairs
elsewhere
for
the
inconvenience.
