This program is geared for young children. I signed up my daughter (a high school Junior), for study skills and math. She was pretty much given an iPad to be watch lessons on. For the pretty hefty price tag I found that ridiculous. On September 1, 2021 I canceled and requested a refund. On October 15, 2021, 7 weeks after canceling and requesting a refund, and several colors up communications, Dina finally responded: “I had to figure out the details about the account and it took some time.” I was told my refund would take up to 30 days. I requested to pick up my refund. No response from Dina. After following up about picking up my check, Dina finally responded and said the check went out October 19, 2021. Today, October 31, I have not received my refund. Never mind the overpriced iPad video lessons my daughter got. Their friendly sales demeanor dissipated upon requesting my refund. I prepaid upon enrollment with a credit card. Yet, it’s taking months to receive a refund. Save your money. Hire a private tutor.

My son is receiving math tutoring services and LOVES coming. The tutors and staff really help children and makes sure every child learns. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My child didnt learn anything they didnt understand how to do the math every time he got help he failed I dont recommend they just put the children on a ipad they dont teach anything for real

Please do not giving them your Credit card or bank account, they will take the money out off your account anytime they want without telling you. They took out from my bank account 3 time for 1 week $854 and my son goes for 4 hours a week. Please be careful with this people. Now i see why all my kids friends not going there for long time. Just Bad people........

My son completed 96 hours of reading and math tutoring with Sylvan and it turned out to be the best investment during the pandemic. We started him during his kindergarten year as we were worried about him falling behind since this was his first real big boy school experience. Sylvan not only bought him up to speed as he entered first grade, but certainly ahead of most students in his class! Mrs. Dina and her team were amazing. I met with them regularly to discuss his progress and consulted with his teachers on areas of improvement and achievement. I saw a drastic change is his reading skills, his handwriting and comprehension. Although, it can be pricey, I don't know if we could have gotten him to where he is without the help of Sylvan. My child attended a couple of courses here and learned absolutely nothing. He said they just gave him a tablet and had him do a couple of math problems. I did not notice any improvement whatsoever and spent a lot of money paying upfront. I could not get a refund because I was past my refund period. The service rep named Dina was really no help in explaining the process when signing up. Overall a waste of time and money.

Sylvan learning center is phenomenal. It is amazing to see the progress in my Son thus far. He is taking off and mastering skills so quickly. I would highly recommend Sylvan learning center for your child’s learning needs.

After 1 month of consistently attending sessions 3xs per week for 2 hours, my 2nd & 3rd graders have made tremendous improvements. The academic progress is measured by doing assessments- so those results are easily tracked; but the most impressive improvement I have seen so far is the boost in their confidence & self esteem! If you have been considering tutoring & you have a child that is 1 or more grade levels behind- don’t put it off any longer. SYLVAN is worth it!

Enrolling your child in tutoring sometimes can be a big decision due to time, cost and need. However I am thankful that I did. My son has been engaged for about a year and we have seen such tremendous progress. My son was recently placed in advanced 7th grade math at his school which was a huge surprise to us both. His progress and confidence has grown significantly with him also thanking me for enrollment in extra support at Sylvan. I just want to quickly thank all of the staff for their patience and due diligence in education students. Very grateful!!!!!

My Son has been going for about a month and we already are seeing results in school. All the teachers are amazing, but my Son really connects with Mr. Bernard. Per my Son he says he makes teaching more fun. My Son goes three days a week for two hours and he doesn’t fight me to go he actually loves going so thank you Mr. Bernard for making things easier for Chris!

I absolutely love the service that this agency provides! I'll admit that I was a bit skeptical that my child would make significant progress with having only two sessions per week but they have done a phenomenal job in helping to build my child's confidence and helping her to take initiative in her work. They also have flexible scheduling and keep you informed of your child's progress at every step...I accredit sylvan for getting my child through her hurdles during the pandemic....money well spent!

My daughter Jeramie has achieved tremendous progress since enrolling at Sylvan in December 2019. At first, her progress was slow. Through the direction of Dina, the Center Director, a learning plan was created especially for her. The plan was implemented, monitored and revised according to her progress. Special recognition and credit should also be given to all her tutors for their consistent guidance, patience and encouragement. Jerie's achievements at Sylvan will provide her with the Knowledge, confidence and self esteem to achieve greater success in the future.

Jeremiah truly enjoy going to Sylvan Learning Center the curriculum is rich and diverse. He is an diverse learner that has made leaps and bounds academically, socially. He feels safe and they practice healthy habits.

Very organized staff and affordable plans for tutoring. The Sylvan of Evergreen performed an extensive assessment on my child and provided a detail plan to get him back on level for 1st grade.
