We decided to bring our business to Napleton after interacting with Giovanni who was distinctive (wasn’t just a sales guy but was more like an advisor helping us with the decision process)… and it just kept getting better. With the supply chain delays, Gio kept us informed on a weekly basis of our delivery timeline and then got us in as soon as it was ready. And then Ralph in Finance made the delivery experience smooth and seamless. Significant contrast from our experience with other luxury car dealerships. Tuesday I picked up this lovely Volvo for my wife from Napleton Westmont Porsche. I found it through cargurus.com and was lucky enough to get Giovanni to help me with my purchase at the dealership. Great guy and made the process of purchasing the vehicle hassle-free. I also want to thank Ralph in financing, he made the final process a breeze and I learned a couple things from him. While this is a Porsche dealership, they have a bunch of beautiful used cars... especially that beast Dodge TRX sitting in their lot... most likely a steal of a deal. Check them out, great people, and one of the easiest purchases of a car I've ever had. Thanks again guys, my wife loves the car.

We have purchased two new cars from this dealership. Just recently, we got a new paint to sample 718 Cayman GT4. Rob Johnson was able to get us an allocation for the Cayman GT4 and made the entire process very smooth, from speccing the car to financing. Though I didn’t purchase a Porsche, I am personally impressed with the overall performance and customer service of of the team at Napleton Porsche. From the moment I contacted them about the car I’m looking to purchase from their lot, no more than on day passes without a call or a message to me, seeing how I was doing and that the vehicle I’m interested in is still available. Ms Asfiya Khan was consistent and worked diligently to answer all my questions regarding the vehicle, pricing and all legalities that I was curious about as I live out of state. With the service, communication, pricing and quality I was convinced to drive 5+ hours from Fort Knox Kentucky to Chicago to do business with this team. People there are friendly enough but the service is lacking, at least in my experience. Two months ago I took my car in to have Porsche Car Connect installed and an oil change done. After several hours I was told the oil change was done but Car Connect could not be installed because the entire system is down. They told me they would call me back to schedule an appointment when it was back up. Fair enough, these things happen. Cut to a month or so later and I have yet to hear anything. I reach out to service via email and never get a response. I reach out via phone and am sent to voicemail. I get in touch with Porsche USA customer service who informs me that the system is back up and running. Great, I set up an appointment through Napleton's online portal to get it installed. I show up at my appointment time and they have no record of it. I show them my confirmation email and they shrug it off as a technical glitch. They tell me they cannot install car connect on my vehicle (2016 Cayenne S E-Hybrid) because it would take too long and they're doing newer cars first. Another wasted trip. My car is currently at a local indie shop to get something else worked on since I'm so frustrated with Napleton at this point and they informed me that there is a significant oil leak coming from the drain plug because of whoever did the previous oil change (Napleton) and suggested I call to see if they'd be willing to fix it. I've tried contacting their service department only to be sent to voicemail again, so now I'm having to pay another shop to fix their mistake. Overall an incredibly frustrating set of experiences.

From the moment i stepped in the building with my fiance and close friends i had the very best experience! I was taken care of by sales consultant Rob Johnson. in my history of vehicle shopping, this has been by far the best experience. My experience this past Friday at this dealership was nothing short of spectacular. I flew in from Florida to pick up my new car that I had purchased from them. I brought my father along with me to share the experience. From the moment we walked into the dealership every single employee we came in contact with was fantastic! Even though there were other customers there he never rushed and took the time to make sure and answer every one of my questions on the car. His manager, Eric Hargrove was equally as accommodating. Great dealer. Brian from Napleton's Westmont Ilinois Porsche did me a solid. Basically I was shopping around for a Audi Q7, and the other dealer I went to which was a Ford dealer closeby my house, used all kinds of sales tactics to pressure me into buying another car so I took my deposit back.
