I went here a couple weeks ago to buy just a single sheet of fleece to compliment a piece I already had for a tie blanket and when I brought the roll to the counter in the middle I asked very nicely if I could please have some help cutting the fabric to the size I need (this is around 7 pm and the store is practically empty) and a woman named Liz without even looking at me cut me off and threw her hands up and told me “I can NOT even bother with cutting anything right now” so another woman Gabie who was just a little farther away saw what happened and walked over and offered to help me and was more than polite. She’s the only reason for the redeemed 3 stars and I made sure to thank her kindly for helping me and being kind in general. I work retail and I would never speak to a customer non the less just another person on the street the way Liz talked to me no matter how busy I am. Store is great just make sure to not seek Liz for help 😉

Staff was very nice but website for coupons was terrible and unusable.

Easily found the items the store is well labeled. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Checked out at 6:30pm with my mom, we each only had 2 items with one other person behind us. An older woman with red hair rang us out, when my mom asked if they had a reward program to try her phone number the woman told my mom with an annoyed face no becuase there were to many people in line and that even the managers don't do it. She didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, and there was even another associate within in view she could have called up to help. I didn't catch her name becuase she was covering her name tag but the cashier number was 2435 at register 13

If I could give zero stars I would. My friends and I came in to the Racine location looking for fabric to make blankets. We are in college and love doing crafts together on weekends so this was right up our alley. We were having a great time until it came time to get our fabric cut. Gabe, the woman cutting fabric tonight was absolutely atrocious. We put our fabric down on the counter, Gabe looks at us with a straight face and says “No.” I responded with “pardon?”. She then goes down a long list of rude ways to tell us it just wouldn’t give the results we wanted. After picking a new fabric she cuts it for us and an employee walks by and just made a comment to Gabe about how she was tired of cleaning up after people. Gave responds “well that’s life” and as her coworker walks away she goes “and I’m tired of people complaining all the time.” Very unprofessional behavior and completely ruined the experience for us. I didn’t even end up buying the fabric for the blanket because of how bad the experience made me feel. We will not be returning to this store.

Excellent customer service and clean store

Awesome inventory and was given a tour of the store buy one of the employees. I can't really speak on they compare to the competition on price, but I can't imagine no one having more in stock inventory.

They always have the yarn I need.

Receive my order and the yarn, Seven skeins were from two different lot numbers. I can’t use two different lot numbers to make a blanket. I will be returning this and never buying from Joanne again. This is the second time this is happened you would think a store that specialized in fabric in yarn would know you can’t have two different lot numbers for a project.

Needed to pickup craft fabric paint, waterproof fabric markers, brushes, applique iron-on ornaments and fusion webbing. A staff member helped me get everything. She spent a lot of time with me and making suggestions, in particular the appliques.

A huge selection of both fabrics and other craft supplies, and most are quite reasonably priced.

Took my wife there so she could grab a few things for greeting cards that she makes. And she makes some awesome cards!

Stopped by Joann Fabric to get some yarn to make my daughter this beautiful hat for her birthday and I love it😍

Had to ring a bell and wait for someone just to buy a gift card. When she showed up, she had lots of difficulty ringing up my purchase. She said the gift card was defective but it was her inability to properly ring it up that ended up being the problem

Went here having a basic idea for a Renfaire costume because it's coming up soon. Came out with a full plan, designs, fantastic customer service and real excitement for my first sewing project! I can't wait to get started on my priest costume!

One stop shop for all your craft needs.has amazing deals all the time and coupons which when I went to ring up the cashier put 3 coupons on there from my phone app, a lot of times you can only use one so was very happy. Knowledgeable, friendly staff and always willing to help!

We moved here 5 years ago and the first time we went into JoAnn, I fell in love. The store was 3 times the size of my previous store and so clean and organized! They always have what I need and the staff is very friendly.
