We had high expectations for this place, went to checkout the place for having a birthday party but was highly disappointed. We went on a Saturday - not much staffs, poorly coordinated, had to wait for nearly 45 mins for a very dry pizza and watery coke. The staff did not have much training and was outnumbered because of the crowd. Some attractions were closed and the staff did not even check if people had wristbands to admit into the basic attraction. No one cared about the no shoes or 52'' max height. Party tables were last minute arrangements, they even moved the regular customer tables to accompany event/party arrangements.

This place is disgusting. My daughter and her friends wanted to come celebrate her birthday and I wanted to run out of there. This place needs to be shut down. I never complain, but that was the worst experience of my life.

Worst attraction place ever. We went to this place at time when kids were off school and it was late afternoon which means this should be a busy time for them. Yet, most of the attractions were closed and when you ask why/when, all you hear is “we do not have enough staff”. Seriously??? They don't tell you this at the cashier when they have you pay full tickets for stuff your kids will not be able to play. Also almost all employees have no experience and no one seem to know anything. This is the first and last time we visit this place. I do not recommend.

I see a lot of poor reviews but we had an amazing time yesterday. The kids loved it and made me promise we'd come back. We had the platinum tickets but the kids ended up being nervous about bumper cars and go karts. Even not having played on those I more than got my money's worth with the endless time on trampolines, the ball pit, climbing and kids laughter. The only thing I do suggest is making the website more clear when ordering. You can't see at time of order what each package includes. I got platinum but then was told it didn't cover all attractions...but it did.

Had my nephew birthday party Saturday in room 6. They were late with our food. They didn’t give anything to cut the cake with or forks to eat with. They rushed us out of the room and was just very disorganized. We never got the correct food that was ordered; was told that the oven was broken. The concession line was almost out the front door. I would give it 2 stars but the center has so many things you can do for fun.

This place has gone south in terms of the service and equipment. They have whats called "platinum membership" which was supposed to be for everything (go carts and bumping cars included).. go carts have been broken for almost 8 months now and they barely have 1-2 semi-working carts.. everytime we ask them they say, technicians have been informed.. i mean common 8 months? They are ALWAYS short staffed.. have to literally call someone to open up certain sections, food is mediocre at best.. Terrible terrible place.. about to cancel the membership.. place is outright AWFUL!!!!! UPDATE: Some pics below of the closed areas, NO balls in the hoops area, no obstacles in supposedly an obstacle course..

Kids had a blast, go-kart is a must try thingy. Food was average, spin cars were closed. Zipline and rope course was great. Arcade games were too pricey Urban Air Naperville had a bunch of negative reviews. I kinda concur to many of them; some rides and sections were not available, some teenage staff kids were rude, food was delayed for over an hour (birthday party) and so on. We met with facility manager Fahad and he really worked hard to keep calm throughout the chaos. Businesses are still feeling the heat for staff shortages; he assured and addressed some issues immediately. Manager Ryan was also responsive. Overall we had a great time.

It’s a decent place for the kids, but the bumper car which we had come was closed. They didn’t inform us at the time of booking tickets. Might explore other options next time. Costs 6$ for an accompanying adult.

This place is a great place to visit for a family fun day, birthday celebration, etc. It is a one stop adventure for kids of all ages and if the adults are feeling limber. The atmosphere is great, staff are kind and attentive. I am a first timer and I would recommend this place to anyone in the Naperville area. Prices are reasonable considering all the amenities. I was here for my nephews birthday.

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Upon arrival, I waited 15+minutes for someone to come to the front. Said he was the manager and when I brought up my wait time, his answer was “we’re short staffed”. There were also 5 other people behind me at this time. Although I can understand this, there were multiple employees that noticed I needed help and ignored me. About 3 hours in, my 2 kids got hungry. We decided to go to the cafe area and buy a slice of pizza and fries. The employee said she would call my name when my order was ready. After 25 minutes, I asked her when my order would be ready, to which she responded “there’s only one person here making all the food”. I continued to be patient, but my little one was hungry and not being so patient. After 45 minutes, I asked the employee what was taking to long. She responded “we’re making pizzas for the parties”. I then asked if I could at least get the fries and asked for a refund for the pizza. The fries she gave me were drenched in oil, they were uncooked, mushy and cold! Seems like she took the fries that were currently cooking and gave them to me! I was very upset at this point because my kids were very crabby and hungry. I asked for a refund, the employee said I had to go to the front and speak to the manager. I then waited another 15-20 minutes to speak to the manager who told me he could not give me a refund for the bracelets, only for the food. He gave me a voucher for 2 free bracelets that expire 3 weeks later. The whole experience was EXTREMELY disappointing. It’s frustrating to see that management was not willing to go the extra mile given the circumstances. I will never return to this location. Almost ALL of the employees were on their phone, or not paying attention to their surroundings. Crazy!

Interesting experience. They are open when school is closed . When you come inside , only trampolines are open . Carts , ropes, jumping section and 5 others are closed . They say they are short staffed . Please hire more people , it brings you more audience . Cafe is closed as well .

Update: Kid insisted on having a birthday party here. Price was about double what it should have been for the service/value. Icee machine still broke and half the bumper cars. Worse part was our hostess did nothing except try to over charge us for 3 extra kids. Didn't cut or serve pizza or cake, didn't interact with the kids, no structure at all. There's signs everywhere saying the worlds cleanest indoor theme part, it is not. Bathroom smelled like urine. I don't think the place is managed at all. Cool idea just mismanaged. Lazy employees standing around giving no direction. Good luck figuring out what line to stand in for go karts. 50% of the facility is a go kart track that only has 5 cars running. Eats up a lot of jump time waiting.

This place is nasty! How it is open still is flabergasting. Employees are not actually supervising or spotting as they should be. One of my kids got cut on one of the njnja ball pit course bars that needs to be inspected for sticking out pieces. There were too many people and not enough staff. And even then staff present was too busy hanging out with each other to care anyway. Ball pit had dirty and broken balls everywhere. Broken items were just left in the under 52" tunnels. DIRT AND TRASH EVERYWHERE! Trampolines were so loose I sunk in them when I stood on them. Electrical cords were just piled up behind some massage chair posing a fire hazzard. If they do not care about basic cleanliness then saftey is likely not important. And we arrived shortly after opening. This is years of dirt and grime, not just a day of use.

Good time for the kids but it gets very crowded! The lockers weren't working so jackets and shoes were everywhere. Make sure you plan ahead, food is expensive and not very good.

My son and I came here for our first time and noticed this place is poorly managed. My kid had a blast. Definitely room for lots of improvement. But there was one employee that stood out of the crowd. Alexandra did an excellent job of running the go-karts especially when problems occurred. I hope she gets recognized for troubleshooting these problems. Her decision making skills are evident and it definitely makes things run smoother. Great job keep it up!! Future leader here👏

Half of the park is closed. Paid 30 dollars for the day pass. There are only a few open. I was never told at the entrance when I make payment. This is like cheating. Dishonest business. What worse, when I saw something thing looks fun, I asked a working lady in there if she can open it as it clearly saying on the sign that “open per request”. She still said no without any explanation. Just straight NO. This is a screenshot of how they treat customers and run business. I would recommend avoid this place as possible. Good luck if you go.

We've been here for a few kids' friends' birthdays and decided to celebrate our son's birthday here. An INCREDIBLE decision! I had no idea how sharp and attentive their hosts are--they are amazing with the kids and making an impeccable party experience. Jordan and Alanda were assigned to us and both were awesome, but Jordan really went totally out of the way from the second we arrived. He saw our decorations and was offering to hang all, made sure every guest got a perfect experience, food was served well, cake cutting went perfect, kept the pace, did every ounce of clean up. Alanda was wonderful as well. I found myself wondering where this location recruits from to have such young talented and professional hosts. I am so happy we celebrated here! The day went off perfectly!

Melody took really great care of us and was endlessly patient with the hordes of 6th graders! Everyone had a total blast. We went on Friday night and it was not totally insane. Seemed like a good time to go. The pizza was surprisingly really good. Overall a memorable and fun time!

We went on a Friday evening and surprisingly it wasn't too crowded. The kids had a blast on all the entertainment. It's pricey but they often have sales. Customer service was great as we had an issue but after waiting for a manager, everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Kindness goes a long way. My kids like it so we'll be back.

Recently celebrated my sons birthday here and for the amount we paid the party should’ve been better coordinated and party host more attentive. The place was extremely overbooked with parties and general admission leaving the assigned party host to fulfill too many roles. The employees were rude and unprofessional. I did inform the manger of the unpleasant experience and she was not responsive. I’d suggest hiring a more diverse age group of people to run the facility and limiting admissions/parties in order to provide a better experience. Overall the children had fun which is why I rated them a 2 but as the person paying for the event I will not be booking a party here again due to the lack of quality customer service.

We had a pleasant experience! Syd was extremely nice and very pleasant.... My 5 year old attempted to do the obstacle course and panicked.... She assisted with guiding him through and was so patient with him!!!!

Decent place for younger kids (12) and young. At least I think so. My son and his friend enjoyed the day. We got the platinum ticket so they could do all the attractions as many times as they wanted. Tickets we $45 each including taxes, not cheap but you could spend the whole day there. We spent about 4 hours there and by that time they were ready to go.
