They also have pollo con tajadas ( chicken with fry green bananas) and it was awesome. I definitely recommend this place if you want good chick... People often mention good, chicken,

The Nicaraguan food has very good flavor. We ordered quesillo, carne asada, bistec encebollado, queso frito, gallo pinto, maduros. They had th authentic soda "rojita" and cacao. Having the restaurant in the area is great. Hopefully they continue with the same sazon.

The best nicaragüense restaurant in the dmv. The food is amazing, flavorful and served in great portions. The customer service is amazing they are very welcoming. I wish the space was a bit bigger as I can see their business growing bigger in the future. Other than that everything was great! The decor inside is cute and gives off great nicoya vibes 🇳🇮☺️

Authentic Nicaraguan food. Best in the DMV area. Carne asada is tender, well seasoned, and moist. Gallo pinto, which is foundational, is fantastic. Enchiladas and tacos were both well flavored and had great texture. Quesillo good flavor and fresh. Fresco de Cebada, authentically prepared. Can’t complain. Will have my nacatamales tomorrow morning, but no doubt these will be amazing as well. Kudos to the owners on a job well done.

Ok my fellow Googlers this is the real deal. We have been looking for a place that sells Nicaraguan food for years and it is here. Have to try the Fritanga and fried cheese with a nice cold Tona. Super good and super nice service.

Had a fantastic meal here with the family. One of the better lomo saltados I've had in the area, held back only by the rice. The chicken and sides were all excellent. Very friendly service as well. Saw that everyone else had a horchata and I'm glad I followed their lead. Will be back!

Came in here after recovering from a cold. The soup was good nothing out of this world. The chicken was tender added 3 tortillas for a $1 good stuff.

The food is authentic, fresh and delicious. The owner of the restaurant is very friendly. The cheese is very tasty and the meat is tender. I highly recommend for anyone who likes Central American food.

The food I ordered was pretty good but the service was meh. The person that took my order was not friendly. I prefer not to support businesses that don't treat customers with courtesy and appreciation.

This was the first time that my experience here was so horrible I couldn’t eat it. The rice and beans were good but the chicken was dry…skin overly crispy. It was like the reheated it or something.
