    They have a somewhat rude receptionist, I think they should change that, it's customer service and they are serving pregnant women. Patient care is very important, I think.

    Very poor customer service, their front desk don’t answer the call, I walked in to clinic and sat there, I called to their phone and I saw it was ringing and the front desk agent was busy on her phone, I told her Whyyy? She was silent and said an annoying and dry sorry, I told her I came here only to test you and she apologized again, I walked out from clinic and called waited outside for 30 minutes by purpose and called them again and I saw again that there is no answer on my call, I walked in and I told her, Ohhhh, so you guys are playing with us. Her face turned red and she never talked to me again, she was ashamed of what she was doing, interesting part is here that I am calling them again now and there is no response. I am not a man of complains, but I swear to God this clinic makes me mad, please take care of your staff, hire people who have good smile and customer service, in all customer service areas the front desk and reception is face of an area so give us a good view by start. I swear this clinic is worse on Customer service part, Doctor are best, nurses are best and helpful.

    Really disappointed. I schedule an appointment at 11am for my daughter. We show up at 10:20 just to be early and not to mess with anybody schedule. It is 12:11 at this moment and no sign that we are getting in to the room. I understand that it could be a 20 min late wait or something but over an hour???? Cmon I think this is disrespectful to us the patients. If they are not able to deliver they should think on a new way to work their appointments. I can't believe I just have to wait in here like I have nothing else to do, nowhere else to be. I just have to waste my whole day of work because they don't know how to schedule appointments.....

    Like other reviewers, I had a similar experience of not being able to contact anyone at this location. NO ONE ever picks up when I try calling them, even outside of their lunch hours. I called MULTIPLE times and no luck. I needed to refill a prescription for my dad, and when they finally called me back A WEEK LATER, no one could find his information? Like, we saw Dr. Gachard and everything about two weeks ago, but for whatever reason, they apparently had no idea what I was talking about? Maybe they aren't competent enough to do their jobs? Do not recommend this location if you want timely service.

    I went here during COVID and got great treatment ...Evusheld shots. Last night you guessed it, I tested positive for Covid. The ER Dr argued I had a cough long enough that I was past the point Paxovlid would work. Um no, I've had a cough since I had cancer years ago. He DIDNT listen. Thenafe some argument about Emergency use treatment only..for monoclonal antibodies which I did not request. Ugh, I called an online Dr next day who was very confused as to why it wasn't prescribed to me, because it's indictated for +65 even without risks, which I already had. So *shrugs* there and got me. Anyways, I'll not be returning THERE for any treatment anytime soon.

    I don't understand how this practice is run. I called to make an appointment after seeing them on my insurer's list of primary care physicians, no one answers so I leave a message. I never get a call back. Days later I call again, someone answers so I make an appointment for myself and my daughter at the same time. I tell the doctor there is a lump in my breast, she feels it too and puts in an order for an ultrasound, except that it is put in incorrectly I learn when trying to schedule the ultrasound. I call, and call, and call their office (15 times, no kidding, and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS). I message Gachard through mychart and she says that no, the radiology center has it wrong, and then that's it. I call the radiology center again, explain the situation, they tell me that the order was put in incorrectly by the doctor (again) and they can't make the appointment. I call their office again, NO ONE ANSWERS EVER, NO ONE CALLS ME BACK, NO ONE RESPONDS TO MY MESSAGES ON MYCHART, THE ORDER IS NOT CHANGED. There is literally nothing I can do. No one I can contact. I try to contact their other offices in the area (they have 5 locations) to see if there is any way they can get ahold of Gachard, and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE (at any of them). It is so bizarre, almost like they're a front or something.

    Like the other viewers it’s extremely hard getting someone to answer the phone/even trying to make an appointment online no one answers or returns your call. But I really like this clinic from the receptionist I always forget her name she is so sweet and has a professional attitude and always treat you nice down to the nurses who takes you in the back too my Dr. Nguyen who’s awesome I’m glad I was referred too her I like that she goes above and beyond to find what’s wrong her knowledge and skills are remarkable, she takes her time and breaks down everything with you/and calls you after your blood work or leaves you messages and she also has a very warm and kind heart. Also this clinic has other specialist her name is Samatha she helps me with my sleeping disorder she’s also amazing she comes up with different ways too help me and those ways really work. Everyone at this clinic keep up the good work.

    This is really sad , my sister took her daughter to this clinic cause her daughter needed hepatitis B vaccine for her school and she couldn’t get it cause of an insurance problems but that’s not the worst part, the way they treated her was so disgusting making her feel so miserable and so disrespectful and not helpful at all. Wondering if they only treat immigrants this way. I hope they fix this and get to treat people in a respectful manner and professional. Furthermore is so hard to get an appointment, they don’t answer and never return phone calls.

    Despite initial difficulties in getting an appointment, I am extremely impressed with Dr. Nguyen's knowledge, care and responsiveness. I have a healthcare background myself and I am overjoyed that someone of her caliber has made a calling of treating underserved populations. The logistics/administration of the clinic could use some improvement, but Dr. Nguyen gets 5 stars.

She refers to the patients very reluctantly, it seemed that it was a total nuisance for them to be able to care for the patients. Making an appointment is so complicated because they don't answer the calls and then the nurse gives instructions with a very pedantic attitude that makes us feel miserable. The saddest thing of all is that being Hispanic they can treat their own people poorly as if the service were free.

    The bad thing about this clinic is that they never answer the calls and for an appointment and they haven't answered me, my daughter is sick and I call and call and they don't answer or call back
