    I needed a drug test for a new job. I was not able to find an appointment online so I went ahead with a walk-in. Once I got there I did an easy check in at the kiosk. I arrived around 1:10pm and was out by 1:40pm. Everything was smooth and the personnel was very nice. I have to say, I was expecting the worst given the reviews from other people but my experience was great and would definitely come back.

    I generally don't end up having good experiences with these types of places, but I was pleasantly surprised this morning. I made an appointment ahead of time (many more appointments available than LabCorp by the way) and my doctor sent the orders to them. I only waited a few minutes after arriving and checking in at the kiosk before the tech, Paris, took me back for the blood draw. Paris was very nice and explained everything, and had no issues getting the needle in. My only issue (and it had nothing to do with the tech) is the policy for taking a credit card to pre-authorize the estimated patient responsibility. I called my insurance company ahead of time to make sure they covered the tests and they said they do, so I was surprised at the estimated amount. I understand they probably have people with balances after that they have to chase, but I thought the amount was pretty high.

    Very bad service. I have an appointment they took three people before me without an appointment and she lied that I don’t have appointment . When I asked her why you’re doing this they threaten the will call the police. I waist my day. I left without doing my blood test even it’s very important. Don’t go there they are the worst.

    Horrible experience. They really don't know what's going on over there. Tried to confirm that a doctor's order was sent the day before. No human will answer the phone there. Used the call center, they were unable to confirm that is was, but said it probably was fine. It was not, then on the day the tried to have it faxed. My doctor sent two confirmed faxes which they never received. When I asked what I was supposed to do, they basically said you're out of luck. Completely wasted my time. No effort was made to remedy the situation. Never go here.

    If you are a walk-in, I would be prepared to wait upwards of an hour (and have a dozen others be tested ahead of you). Completely disregard the testing time you receive after checking in - you’ll be there much longer.

    I was in and out of the facility fairly quickly, and the female technician that I had was very friendly and professional. Probably one of the better experiences I’ve had with quest diagnostics or blood draws in general. I have difficult veins, and she was very good at getting it. And she wasn’t afraid to ask for help if for some reason she couldn’t get it (but she was able to). The check-in machine was slow and momentarily got stuck for the person in front of me, but other than that everything went very smoothly, and I have no issues with this location. Whoever it is that the previous reviewers were talking about didn’t appear to be working today or perhaps has been fired, I’m not sure which.

    I scheduled an appointment for a blood test a month ago. I reach here today and it’s closed temporarily. No intimation from them to reschedule. Such a waste of my time and money. I’m going to have to reschedule my doctor’s visit as well.
