It is not reasonable to charge the hundred dollar full price for a no show. I understand it is customers fault to cancel in advance but people forget things or something, and it is acceptable to charge like some dollars but not the full service charge. There is no supply cost nor labor cost when no show, how should charge like service provided.

I did the nails there using gel, and it did not even dry when it is done. I doubted if it is real gel, and the server's attitude is really bad.

Lisa was amazing! I got an Ultimate Pedicure and the service was great. It was super clean, which is the most important aspect to me. The environment was very relaxing, and I will be back for all my pedis!

I just finished up the self-paced nail technician course at Sesen, passing my final exam yesterday. Lisa is an amazing teacher. She never rushed me since she knew I have a full time job, but she was always encouraging. She could answer any question I threw at her and always made time to thoroughly explain anything I didn’t understand. One of the other perks of this course was the hands on learning experience, where we get to use the actual pedicure chairs and manicure stations for our models, instead of pretending to use the spa equipment. I think it made so much difference. A world of thanks to Lisa and the Sesen team for being so nice to the students when you have your own paying clients to look after. I loved it! -Mandi S.

I scheduled my first massage with Sonia a couple of weeks ago. Sonia is an amazing massage therapist. The environment was soothing and calm, and I had the best 90 minute massage ever. I felt totally refreshed and relaxed.

The massage room that Simone had ready was a warm and inviting space. She was responsive to my questions and gave me a wonderful Swedish massage.

I went to Sesen Spa for the first time the other day for a pedicure. It was a very nice experience and I definitely recommend it. Lisa was great.

I have been going to Sesen since 2008 and I have always had an exceptional experience. Marie-Noel is THE BEST aesthetician. I have had massages, manicures, pedicures, facials, and waxing done regularly. The staff is extraordinary and the owner is very personable and accommodating. During the pandemic it was the only place I felt safe going to for spa services due to the way the COVID protocols were maintained at all times. You will always leave feeling restored and pleased with your service.

The worst school ever This woman, Lisa, is a first-class scammer. She is only interested in asking for your card and taking out your money ($1000 for two classes???)... She is so ignorant that according to her, she is right about everything, and she is despotic and has a lot of arrogance. look for another school so that you want to put up with it for a whole year.. anyway good luck because you are going to need it,, Update Shame on you thief!!!
