Dr. Fotini cares about her patients. I have seen her for both routine dental work and cosmetic services, and have always been pleased. She explained to me the pros and cons of a procedure I wanted done and left the decision up to me without further pressure. She also responded to me promptly when I contacted her with a concern I was having about my teeth after the procedure. She’s been awesome.

If you want to be nickel-and-dimed, talked down to, and bullied then Avanti Dentistry is the practice for you and Dr. Chrisopoulos is the provider for you. I had a consult ($200) and was forced to pay in advance. When I was handed the pin pad, the charge was $206. When I inquired the receptionist said it was because they added on a 3% credit card charge. OK, fine, I said I'd use a debit card, so she changed the fee. After it processed and a receipt printed out the receptionist shoved it back at me and said "sign anywhere." I did and asked for a copy. "Oh no" she said, "yours comes via email." I smiled and said "If you have a signed copy, I need a signed copy." Begrudgingly she made a copy for me. As for Dr. Chrisopoulos - she is the typical specialist, an expert in her field. But, like other experts, being an expert in no way means the patient is her first consideration. She is super slick, really slick with her words, and I'm not comfortable with doublespeak. I felt bullied and disrespected in the name of her "professional opinion" but that is typical of specialists. I found her arrogant, condescending, and expensive, but you decide.

Having dental work done is obviously going to come with some stress. Its not like I look forward to coming here no matter how good they are. But they do a really good job, especially compared to other places I've been to. I do recommend.

I moved 3 years ago from Virginia to South Carolina but I continue to come back to see Dr. Chrisopoulos. I have a serious fobia from dental work and have ignored going to dentists for years which caused me a lot of issues. But Dr. Chrisopoulos Extreme patience and professionalism has helped me get over my fear and get all the treatmentsI needed.

I had an implant crown done by Dr. Fotini a while back. She was very skillful and gentle with her hands. The crown looks nice and functions well as a molar tooth. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Fotini is the best dentist I ever went to! She is highly skilled and very knowledgeable. I came in with huge pain in my gum teeth, not knowing what to do after seeing so many doctors. Even though it was end of her day, she took time to do full check up, explain what is going on and give me proper diagnose. I was very happy with the results. In just few days I was fully recovered!
