What an amazing experience! I arrived with a calf injury where I could barely walk. Mike Pickel, the nicest person on earth, told me that I would leave the place in a better condition than I was before the injury. He and Donovan Waters, with their great positive attitude, helped me to reach that goal. Now, I am able to walk and run. I also have to say that from arrival until my last session, everyone made me very welcome. I would highly recommend The Jackson Clinic at Tysons.

We used the Jackson Clinics to support my daughter through recovery from a serious soccer injury. We were extremely pleased with the whole experience- my daughter loved working with her PT Phil Forsythe - he is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and a great motivator. The facilities are top notch and the whole scheduling and administration process was smooth. Highly, highly recommend.

Working with Phil Forsyth was well beyond my expectations. He educated me as to the cause of my knee problem and the interaction of bone, cartilage and muscle. He prescribed simple exercises to ease pain and GREATLY extend my range of motion. As I age, I will probably need more PT, and I’ll be confident that Phil can get me to my best possible condition. Phil Forsythe, PT, DPT was fantastic to work with! He provides very clear problem analysis with detailed anatomical description of the affected area and approaches to remedy. His physical therapy expertise, personality and passion for recovery to an active quality of life really works well and I learned a lot!! Donovan, also outstanding, leads the exercise portion of the session teaching how to precisely perform each exercise and why we're working on it. The team at the front desk was also great to work with, very accommodating and flexible with scheduling. Overall, the experience at Jackson Physical Therapy was great, the people are all very professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend the entire team at Jackson PT.

Where to begin…the patient care coordinators, Jemima and Marcel, made me feel welcome from the get-go and are wonderfully helpful in handling the scheduling of appts. My pt’s , Phil and Donovan, are nothing short of outstanding, in their expertise, patience, optimism, CARE and listening to your needs. I’ll be forever grateful to this exceptional team❣️💕💕💕

Michael Pickel (and the entire staff) were GREAT! Michael always had a great attitude and was dedicated to my recovery. He asked thoughtful questions about my injury to understand exactly how to get me back to 100%. He was an amazing partner to Donovan Waters, who like Michael showed up with 110% effort and an amazingly positive attitude everyday. They were the dream team!! I felt very well cared for and empowered to continue my training and exercises once I was in an improved state. I was so happy to feel MUCH better so much so that I didn't need to continue going to weekly sessions, but I was sad to leave and not see both Michael and Donovan, two people who will undoubtedly put a smile on your face with their work ethic, customer service, and great sense of humor. Highly recommend The Jackson Clinics and Michael and Donovan! Thank you both!

The front end administrative staff is the reason I chose this facility. I can’t express how kind and professional these people are. Dr. Ryan is amazing but relocated. He however left me in the best of hands with Dr. Mike. Really such a cool and professional Therapist who actually cares. Joe and the other PTs are absolutely the best. I can’t begin to tell you how the exercises they’ve given me have helped restore me. I literally felt better after my first week of treatments. I should’ve come months ago. Instead I suffered needlessly. If you’re looking for help with pinpointing physical damage or what to do to improve mobility, resolve pain etc. I thoroughly recommend Jackson Tysons location. They are Premium and the energetic atmosphere is incredible. Sincerely, Caren

I was seen at the Tyson location in May.When I arrived for my first visit, the front desk staff doesn’t seem like she know what to do. She said it was her first week on the job. She made copies of all my insurance card and ID. Then two weeks later after my second visits I got an email asking for the same information. I had to give my information again at my third visits. Then, I got the bill for all my visits. Every visits were paid except for my first initial visit. I called my insurance and was told that the office fail to obtain authorization prior to my first appointment. The penalty applied for the delay in getting authorization. I was advised to call the office and see if they would be willing to waive the penalty on my bill since the office made the mistake. The billing department does not want to hear anything except for collecting payment. I filed an appeal with my insurance but the decision is not favorable due to the error is from the office. How could I trust Jackson Clinic to provide service for me if they can’t get authorization done on time and the billing department is unprofessional and not helpful. Their goal is to collect payment, not trying to help patient. I am extremely disappointed and will not be able to recommend this practice to anyone else. I end up paying my bill because I don’t want anything to do with this practice anymore.

My pt’s are my best friends! I’ve been going here for several months due to two different injuries. Today Phil let me paint a nail his favorite color, green. There is lots of useful equipment, and a full gym. I always leave with a sweat.

Amazing team! Phil, Donovan, and Marcel worked on my case for knee pain, making sure we did everything possible before going the surgery route. Once it became clear we had tried everything, they worked with me again post-partial meniscectomy for 6-8 weeks and now have my knee feeling stronger than ever. They even sent me work outs to continue my care after my sessions ended! The team was kind, accommodating, motivating, they took my case seriously, and they’re fun! I am very happy with my results and highly recommend The Jackson Clinics.
