Pork belly tastes fantastic, really tender, it’s melting in my mouth. Short ribs is good too

Excellent service that you expect from Ritz-Carlton. Live music that is not too loud for conversation. Great appetizers and dinner choices. It’s the perfect place to mingle or engage with friends before heading to bed.

Food was adequate. Had the Atlantic Salmon and Greens. Server was very attentive. Food did come out a tad slow and a little overpriced. The vibes and atmosphere were amazing however.

Cocktails are good. Loved the Peach burrata salad and the Parmesan fries. Had better short ribs. Immaculate vibes though. Slow service.

After the DC Metro Cyber Security Summit, I stopped by Entyse Wine Bar & Lounge, located next to the lobby in the Ritz Carlton Tysons Corner. The bar was 75% full and was lucky to grab a seat at the bar. After sitting down, Jacob asked me what I'd like to drink. The cocktails were all at least $20. I enjoyed the Preach to the Peach cocktail, which consisted of Peach Schnapps, peach nectar, vodka, amaretto, egg white, and lemon shaken with ice and served in a coupe glass. It was fruit-forward and refreshing!

I loved the food here and the drinks were tasty and yet left a great tipsy feeling. I would come again. The value when staying at the hotel with Amex's fine hotels and resorts is in matched.

Entyse in Tysons Corner: A Brunch Haven of Exceptional Delights Tucked away in Tysons Corner, Entyse is a hidden gem that promises a remarkable brunch experience. With a delightful fusion of flavors, captivating aesthetics, and an inviting atmosphere, this establishment stands out among brunch enthusiasts. The beignets at Entyse are a divine treat, evoking the spirit of New Orleans. These soft and sweet delicacies, generously dusted with powdered sugar, offer a tantalizing blend of textures that will leave you craving more. For avocado toast aficionados, Entyse takes this classic dish to new heights. Creamy, ripe avocado is carefully spread over crusty artisanal bread, complemented by a sprinkle of sea salt and a zesty drizzle of lemon. The harmonious marriage of flavors is a joy to savor. Prepare yourself for the pièce de résistance—their fabulous burgers. Crafted with locally-sourced, grass-fed beef, these thick and juicy patties are cradled between fluffy brioche buns. Topped with a delectable house-made aioli, melted aged cheddar, and a medley of crisp organic greens, these burgers are a true culinary work of art. In summary, Entyse in Tysons Corner is a brunch destination that promises an exceptional experience. From the heavenly beignets to the elevated avocado toast and the outstanding burgers, each dish showcases a thoughtful blend of flavors. Coupled with its inviting atmosphere, Entyse offers an ideal setting for a memorable brunch outing.

Happening place right next to the Ritz Carlton lobby. Went here for drinks the night before and it was buzzing with hotel guests and beltway consultsnts. Our bartender, Sasha was more than able to keep up. Props to her. Today, I sat at the now empty bar and ordered Shakshouka for breakfast. Same excellent service. The dish was runnier than I'm accustomed to and can't taste the spice. The coffee was excellent, however.
