I was referred to this shop from an insurance company to repair a car that was sideswiped in a parking lot. They did an incredible job and were great to work with. Good communication and just nice people. The car looks better than it did before it was hit. Highly recommend

Called beforehand for an estimate on my primed hood was told a ballpark of $400-500. The hood is brand new and primed, not attached to the vehicle so prep work isn’t much. She found a tiny dent on it and made the estimate $700. Refused to paint it without fixing the dent (despite me asking to ignore dent). Poor customer service overall and just seems like they wanna rip us off. Went down the road to Royal Auto and got a way lower price.

I wish my car didn't take as long and have to run back and forth for more than a month and when payment was due nothing was said. Make sure to take pictures of the inside of ur car inside and out so that way if anything is missing you know. Had things taken off and not put back when the car was given back. Thankfully I know my car and the things they replaced thankfully. I did appreciate that they did get the parts and put them back but it was the worst having to figure out when I could go back to get the car done. The very last day I went to finish the job the macanic laughed told me next time take it to the dealer. Will I use them again, no!! The customer service wasn't the best even with the owner and secretary trying to help. The workers don't follow instructions and I noticed when the owner told the macanic (ramos) to put a new part in and he just grabbed mine and glued it back on. Glad it's all done. Extremely over priced !

I have taken multiple cars to R&C and have had a great experience every time. They have done everything from some body work to engine work. Rosie has been great to work with and they have always ensured there are no issues after the work is complete. I will continue to bring my vehicles to them when repair is needed.

I took in my SUV after not passing with state inspection for rear brakes. Front desk service was informative and friendly. The brakes were replaced quickly and efficiently. The owner then took my car to a nearby business that did the state inspection. What amazing service!

Unbelievable customer service! I brought in my F150 with aftermarket upper control arms for an alignment. Rosie made sure the job was done right the first time. She and her team stayed late to make sure the truck was ready in time for a cross country trip the next day. They communicated clearly, were more than fair in their pricing, and treated my vehicle as if it was their own. I absolutely will be using their services again in the future, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

When I said one month it's true my car accident was on 11/17 on Monday today is Monday 05/12 so exactly 3 weeks then my car won't be ready until the weekend so it will be 4 weeks exactly...I've been told my car will be ready in 2 weeks...that's totally wrong ...plus I called the owner twice this morning and didn't offer me a rental car at all she just mentioned at my review answers to look good .I do have 2 cars I don't need your rental car just respect your promises...

We took our Lexus to have repair for deep rust on the wheel well at the back door. We got it back in 4 days and the work done was superb! The cost was great and well below most estimates because I have found that so many companies stack up the cost with fees and unnecessary items to frankly try to rob you if you have no clue of what a reasonable cost should be. The folks at R&C Auto are trustworthy, fair and excellent at what they do. I have used them for our truck and SUV repairs and body work and they truly are THE place to take your vehicle.

I met an car accident and choosed R&C repair on recomendations from friends. They repaired the defects nicely and also repaired an non-accident defect without additional charges.

Worked with Rosie, needed to have some work done. She was able to get me in and out within and hour and they charged me half what other shops quoted. Work looks clean and I’m happy with it.

I stopped by today to get my oil change and tire rotation done, with emission test done as well, the service is really smooth, they even fixed my rear leaking tire and inflated all the tires for free! Thumbs up👍! Would come again!

My daughter's car was shaking and rattling on the front left, so we brought it into R&C based on a referral from a friend. When we arrived, we met Rosie who was very helpful and personable. She said they would look it over to determine the issues and get back with me. She had an evaluation and estimate in less than 2 hours. The estimate was VERY reasonable, unlike what I've seen at typical car dealerships. We gave her the go to fix everything and we picked up the car on the next day. These guys have the best customer service and price in northern Virginia. We will certainly be back if we need car repairs again. HIGHLY recommend!

I took a van to have the engine oil drip fixed... I paid $1100 dollars and instead of fixing it, it ended up worse than it was. I had to take it 3 times and in the end it was the same or worse than it was. I feel really SCAMMED!!
