From the get go I was felt welcome as I entered the store. I was given the opportunity to peruse the show wall before a young lady came up to me to offer her help. The process of being fitted went smoothly and if you can get there in the early afternoon then you can be out within 20-25 minutes. Great experience! Love my shoe choice 😀

Amazing shop, especially their customer service. I had to return shoes and insoles improperly fitted and messed up from the Pentagon City location. This store's employees were so helpful in fixing everything. They assisted in getting me properly fitting insoles and replacing the shoes which had been damaged from the incorrect previous fit. This store and employees are rock stars. I will be using just this location from now on!

Emilio is AWESOME!!!!! He was so helpful in teaching me more about what I need to do to make my working/standing experience more comfortable in my HOKAS. He immediately greeted me, listened to my issues, taught me the “runners knot” so I could get more wear out of my shoes and he took pity on my former road runner insoles and customized a new pair for me. I had a great fitzone experience too! I didn’t feel like he was just trying to push product on me to pad his commission. Because of him I became part of the VIP membership and I will be returning for all my footwear needs. He will take good care of you too!

The salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable, patient, polite, and friendly. He took the time to help me find a pair of shoes that fits well. The store offers a variety of shoe brands. The store is clean and organized. I have been purchasing shoes from Roadrunner for years. They have a great return/satisfaction policy, if you are a member (which does require an annual fee which is pricey).

I found 2 great pair of shoes yesterday at the tent sale and was offered help multiple times from staff members. Adonis helped me check out and was very gracious and helpful in answering all of my questions. I look forward to going back for more products.

Tabitha was amazingly helpful today! She helped me figure out I have been wearing the wrong shoe size and that’s why I have been in pain while running! She was so patient and did not pressure me into buying anything I did not want to! She was really great!

Emilio was patient. He was knowledgeable and most importantly he was honest. Listen these shoes and socks aren’t cheap so I at least want to get honesty in the product that I am buying. Please acknowledge him in the next staff meeting he is the definition of excellence and integrity!

We have been member of Road Runner for almost a decade. Customer service - The sales team goes above and beyond to ensure to address any concerns or special request. They don't press hard on purchasing unnecessary accessories (inserts). Shoes options- While the store may not carry all the sizes and colors they order and delivery at home is very fast. BEST Part!!!! Is the pricing. Compared to other major retailers as a member I can't believe the discounts they offer on the shoes. Highly recommend Road Runner particularly Sterling Location!!

I went to the Road road runner sport store in Sterling, I met with Emilio and his customer service was excellent. He took and hour and half with me to figure out which is the right shoe for me after having hip issues and my doctor recommending a stability shoe. I have always work Hokas but Emilio was the one to recommend a Brooks show because of my complicated feet. I tried them and it felt great. His patience, engagement and customer was exceptional. Please look for him when you want to go try a shoe and have the best shoe fit expert.

Jesus was the most knowledgeable sales associate I’ve ever experienced purchasing a running shoe. I have sever OA in my knees and he spent well over an hour finding the right shoe and orthotic for me…has made a huge difference…never felt any pressure to purchase…he really wanted to help me find what would work for me and my budget, even if it was not what they had in the store. Luckily he found the perfect pair! Excellent experience!!!!I I even decided to become a VIP member so my whole family could finally get the right shoes.

The manager in Sterling is great! He is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store. So far our shoe inserts are making a huge difference. Thanks for your help Melissa & Brad

I came to Road Runner on a referral from a friend who couldn't say enough great things about this store and it did not disappoint! I worked with Tabatha and she patiently and thoroughly evaluated my feet and took her time making sure I had the perfect fit for my new shoes, insoles and socks! Adonis was so extremely helpful and kind on my shopping visit today. I was clueless on what were the best shoes for me and he encouraged me to do their fit tests. Adonis was busy helping other guests, but was very attentive and stayed in communication with me as he bounced around. Wonderful attitude and took the time to explain how my shoes should fit and I really appreciated it. Stellar experience and stellar employee ! Joined the VIP family and will be back with my hubby soon!

First time customer. My sales rep Danny was amazing. He was very informative and knowledgeable. I left with some insoles, shoes and socks that were so comfortable on my run today! I will definitely return and recommend to my friends.

I had to settle for the model of shoe I bought because my size was not available in just about every other model. There were 4 or 5 models I would have chosen instead.

Showed at the store with my son who is not a runner. He wants to start running and needed shoes. The employee who helped us was very knowledgeable and patient.

I ordered a pair of hocus online, hoping they would be the right size. As things turned out, they weren’t, and I always dread returning something to a store. Fortunately, my experience at Road Runner sports is always a good one. We fitted the shoe to make sure I had the right size and they were quick to take back the shoes I had ordered and order me a new pair.

Customer service was very good. I was given guidance on questions I had regarding what I was looking for. One suggestion I have is to have price displayed and have customer make sure about pricing before having goods customized to customer. I definitely recommend and would come back.

Went there to purchase track shoes for my son. The employee who worked with us was kind and knowledgeable. After going to many different stores with no luck in what we were looking for it was nice to be able to find what we needed. The prices were reasonable which is always a plus.

This was my favorite running store for a number of years, I've bought my last four or so pair of running shoes from this location and have always enjoyed the experience. So here comes the 'but', I just got a fraudulent charge from here. Even though I loved my time shopping here, I no longer feel my information is safe with them.

I just love the customer service at store and how helpful and nice people are that work there. You can get your sneakers anywhere, but the expertise and understanding of what you could need is something you can’t find online. I buy sneakers for my whole family here and will keep doing it.

Road runner great shop for happy feet, the staff are very nice to suggest various options and tried out most of the option and finally all of our family ended up buying the shoe. Great store and value for money. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

I’ve been a Road Runner Sports customer for years and am used to the excellent service the staff provide, but I especially appreciated my visit today with great service from Adonis, who was very knowledgeable and helped me to figure out a challenging shoe fit issue while being incredibly patient and personable.
