I didn't like the expression of that lady in the pharmacy counter when I picked up my medicine. I didn't understand first the question that she asked me and she showed a very bad facial expression that it seems she is impatient and annoyed. She can just ask nicely or rephrase the question. To be honest, I heard the question sounds like "fifty" but she's actually asking the birthdate. But the most commonly used question for that is "date of birth". I believe that customer service staff shouldn't act that way. Luckily, my temper is good enough that I even apologized for not understanding her question. I was hoping that she will do the same, but SHE DID NOT.

This is the worst CVS ever!!! They shorted me 10 pills of my medication and of course claim they never made a mistake. Then they miscounted my husband's medications as well. They shorted me and gave him extra. This is a lack of responsibilty and professionalism. I have never been so mad!!! No one will admit to making a mistake. I will never use this pharmacy again and neither will my friends and family!!!!

Honestly I do not understand why this woman still works at CVS. She has been absolutely rude to my mother, myself and every customer I see whenever I have to go to CVS. She loves picking fights with all of us for no reason. She loves yelling at children. Loves snatching things out of children’s hands because they “haven’t paid for it” they haven’t even left the building… It’s always unpleasant going to this CVS but it’s the closest one to my house. Please teach her some manners or something.

Lazy as F…. When you think you can count on CVS services but there is lazy ppl working and closing store early… thank you for doing great job and not letting me buy meds I needed when you still should be open and working…..

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, A female customer service her name Waheeda needs to have a good communication skills when dealing with customers, she is very rude and disrespectful. I’ll never come back to this location.

Yesterday July 18th I placed an order on my phone for the 1 hour photo service. After an hour I went into the store to pick them up. At first the woman had trouble finding them. After they were located she admitted that most of them were missing because there was a printing error with the machine. She asked me to come by the following day between 9-2 (during her shift) and she would give me the photos. So I left without any pictures. I went back today July 19th at 1:15 and not only was the woman cashier not working, my photo order was still incomplete. I asked why no one had called me to save me the trip to the store, and no one had a good answer. My phone number was listed on the package that my prints were in. I asked for a solution and no one had any clue, including the manager. I asked if I could receive a discount on the photos that were printed and he insinuated that he did not know what that word meant. He told me "What do you mean by the word discount." His attitude was clearly not customer service oriented. At this point, I've driven to this CVS twice now and returned home without any photos. What a terrible customer service experience. This is the third or fourth bad experience I've had with CVS photos. I'll be ordering photos from Amazon from now on.

Did a capital one money deposit yesterday, everything was fine. Today, some other cashier, name is "Waheedah" IIRC, counted my money to deposit and stole $100 from me while counting front of me and denied it blaming that I lied. I only politely asked her to check if the $100 was miscounted, she embarrassed me infront of everyone, calling me a liar outright! Hoping management checks their CCTV!! What a bunch of thieves! Never coming back AGAIN!

Always extremely slow with prescriptions and showed up today to find out that they have their back door locked after dark during the holidays which means they are not handicap accessible after dark as there are stairs up to the front door. Absolutely abhorrent that a pharmacy should be inaccessible at any time it’s open.

I wish I could give a zero for this location, every time I’m here this middle eastern women who works there causes trouble. Yesterday I tried buying cough medicine for my kid and she didn’t let me, at first I didn’t have my ID and when I got it she still didn’t let me. It was the last one on the shelf and she was yelling and being rude in front of other guests. She then yelled at a man for needing help finding baby formula and accused him of lying saying, “you didn’t even check”. I’ve seen so many bad reviews towards this lady and they didn’t ever do anything about it. I think her name is Waheeda, she’s needs to be fired and learn some manners.give a raise to the other male cashier. he explained to her that she was wrong and she still refused to sell me the product i needed for my sick child. Thank you kind sir.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Absolutely have the worst customer service at this location. When my prescription was filled I went on the app and clearly clicked that I wanted same day delivery and even got a confirmation of this through email. After not getting my prescription I went to check the status on the app and it was marked for mail delivery and not same day. I contacted the pharmacy they didn't know what had happened and canceled the order so it could be changed to same day. I went back to try to change this and it would not allow me to do anything as a message kept popping up saying the order was already being processed. I called again and all three pharmacist were no help and just told me that there was nothing that they could do that it was a technical thing and sometimes it can take up to several business days for the order to be cancelled. I told them that it had because I had just gotten an email that said it was. They said I would have to pick it up instead if I needed it today. I told them no I could not do this since I was sick. The head pharmacist was very rude and I told her I was going to have all my prescriptions moved to a non CVS pharmacy as I was tired of their horrible customer services. She told me to go right ahead and to that! Never again with this location.

some Arab lady always says stuff to me everytime I go in at first she thought I was stealing I was just looking at some rings and she was creeping up behind me asking if I’m gonna buy that like I just wanna shop in peace and today I went in and she asked me if I needed a bag and I said no and she said “speak up these kids these days” if her attitude does not change towards me I will get others involved I will not be treated horribly by this lady she should be fired.

The CVS store located in Sterling Park is an unusually big store located in the shopping center surrounded by fast-food restaurants and more. This CVS is situated towards the east of the shopping center and rightfully so because it's enormous. The outside of the facility reminds one of a large mansion without the front gates. However, just up a few short steps is a store that carries a multitude of products from stationary, baby supplies, cold beverages just to name a few. My intention was to finally visit this store because I have driven by it so many times and I had to finally see it for myself. The store had aisles upon aisles of good and very well-known products like any other big store or market and it is clean to any customers satisfaction. The stir has a front and back entrance with plenty of parking space to accommodate a large amount of shoppers. The staff seem friendly although on this day they were unloading a truck, so they were on the go. I checked this store from to to bottom and can't find anything I didn't like - even the pharmacy was well-maintained and very well organized. Now, there weren't too many shoppers, but enough sprinkled around the store to observe that it is frequented although hidden away in this shopping center. A really nice place to shop and a location that suits a bustling community.

This rude middle eastern employee named Waheeda yelled at me for needing medicine. She didn’t let me buy it and and told me to grab another and when I did she told me it was against the law EVEN WHEN I HAD MY ID and told me if i bought it then it’d be my problem. This lady has no manners and needs to be fired already.

Turned off self checkout as I walked up to purchase. The person then left the front of the store with no one to ring me out. Prices are higher than the cost of receiving the item through shipping from Amazon by almost 30%

No complaints, went looking for back pain medication, everything was labeled and easy to find.

The photo machines (both) need to be serviced. The one on the left did not recognize my phone when I plugged it in. The one on the right had problems with the touch screen and I had to tap the same commands multiple times to get it to work. The $25 CVS gift card I got there last week didn't work- the clerk was able to issue a new card but the first card wasn't initiated correctly which was problematic. The store is well stocked though and they have a good selection of medications, make-up, and hygiene items.

Yes of course we have to say something, because always in our crazy life we see somethings. So if see something we have to say something? All tha respect with appreciation to Mr Carlos. I'm an CVS customer for how many years. I really saw a lot of nice employees they trying to do good job ..I mean their best . But what I saw yesterday Mr Carlos so eazy for him to use tha skills with tha customer. I know he is an manager. But what I see ? Normally bigger..hight skills. I'm usually bad about reviewing businesses, but seeing the low stars for this CVS, I have to say something. I've been going to this CVS for years. Staff has always been pleasant. If there is a problem they call my doctor and get back to me quickly. I've never had any issues. Sometimes there's a line and you have to wait while staff is taking care of other customers, but that's part of their job.

Love their service and the store is very clean and organized also employees are really helpful with everything.

This pharmacy is a joke I had an appointment for RSV vaccine, the pharmacist in charge simply told me that she only have 6 vaccine in hand and I'm not going to be one of the lucky people to get it. Never coming back
