The consistency of the chutney, sambhar and idlis is terrible. One day they will have really amazing idles, other day they will be uncooked. Sambhar is the worst I have had in the US, they don't assess how much hing or spices they put. It tastes more like dal gone wrong. Chutneys are pretty average sometimes better than average. The 3 varieties of dosas is the highlight. Dosa have been consistently good.

Yes, it is the consistency that is the problem. Different chefs? The lemon rice was perfect a week ago. Today it is just somewhat overcooked and lacking the peanuts. It is edible, just not perfect like last week. Yet, I was charged full price. Perhaps the abundance of chutney cups in the bag was their way of saying, Sorry - we ran out of peanuts.

Clean small pure veg and vegan places next to an Indian grocery with wonderful Dosa. We had the Masala Dosa fried with ghee. It is also called Masale dosey, is a South Indian dish. It is a type of crepe that has its origin in the town of Udupi in Karnataka. This place is as close to Udupi Dosa I have found. It is made from rice, lentils, Urad dal, Chana dal, fenugreek, puffed rice, Toor dal, dry red chilli and served with potato curry, chutneys, and sambar. It is popular in South India, but can be found in all other parts of the country and overseas. In South India, I just love to watch the crepe being cooked it is quite an art to get them so so big.

Horrible experience! We have been trying this place every other year or so. It never fails to leaves us super disappointed. Most of the food was thrown away, we were left hungry and have heartburn. Why is the spice & oil levels so high. Perhaps rename to Spicy & Oily Ammas, eat at your own risk! Spring dosa is super spicy. Plain dosa is too crispy & dry. Sambar is oily & spicy. Couldn't eat more than 2bites!

Their Thali is spot on. With a Kootu poriyal sambar rasam it’s better than A2B on the same road. Other dishes like mirchi pakora and vada were also good.

This is small in size, inside a spice store, but very big in taste. A true gem especially for Indian cuisine. Last Friday my wife and I went there after work and we were astonished with the quality of food. We had Mysore masala dosa and healthy spring dosa, both were out of this world. We’ll go back soon to try other items on the menu. Highly recommended 👍

Restarted today! Enjoyed the warm tea and onion utthapam. New chef, back to fully veg and Kerala flavor mix.

After they rebranded to Aditi Kitchen, wanted to give it a shot. Samosa and Mirchi bajji were surprisingly made fresh unlike most places where they refry. Tastes good. Will try other menu items. Reasonably priced.

Best Place for South Indian Dosa. As a North Indian Punjabi I am not a big fan of south Indian food. But 'Crispy Ghee Masala Dosa' here at Amma's kitchen has a Awesome Taste. This is my favorite place now to eat Dosa. Clean & compact place with nice sitting arrangement. 'Dahi-wada' was ok . I could eat only some of it. Prices are reasonable and carryout is also available. 'Crispy Ghee Masala Dosa' here I am coming again to eat you :)

Never order thali from this place. All the curry’s taste bland with no taste. Rice quantity is too less.

I really like this place. It is casual and the food comes out fast. Prices are great. Most Indian restaurants use too much oil and creme and the food is too heavy. I like this place because the food is lighter and more like the way we cook at home in that regard.

Its very tasty. I have tried vada sambhar , amma feast thali, paratha korma. So far we never had a bad experience. Reasonable prices. I miss their puttu kadala curry. It's a small place inside a Indian grocery store.

So we ordered here because it said delivery and it offered a 15% discount for ordering online. We put our order in only to discover the discount that was supposed to be applied wasn’t and they didn’t actually deliver. I called them three times the phone never went anywhere no voicemail mail nothing. So I show up there show the lady at the register my receipt say the order is wrong she says oh sorry sorry I don’t do the bill I can’t do anything. So we got no promoted discount which they have signs for all over the store and they don’t deliver. We get our food it was good but very small portions considering the price. Anyway terrible experience I won’t be back there’s plenty of Indian restaurants nearby that won’t rip you off go elsewhere.
