I hadn't had anything from Starbucks in years. On a whim I thought I'd get one of the frozen frapuccinos when I stopped in Target this morning as I used to get the vanilla bean and strawberry ones many years ago. I had a long conversation with the two barrista/hosts about how I didn't want anything too sweet and was told the strawberry wasn't sweet and I thought I'd remembered it being pretty good. What I got was nothing like the frozen blended drinks I used to get. It was a sweet liquid drink that had no frozen qualities and had extra syrup swirled through it and tasted like drinking strawberry syrup from the bottle. They offered to remake it but from where it started I don't think they ever would have been able to make something drinkable. Straight into the garbage. What a waste.

Worst service ever! For the same drink that I get at any other Starbucks I get charged $5.45 I was charged $7.75!!! I can tell you it is not any better at this Starbucks as I said no strawberry inclusions and I think they put extra in it. I will not be back!

Stopped in while traveling. Black iced coffee was so weak it made me think they had reused the grounds.

This Starbucks almost always has friendly, pleasant employees and they always get my order out quickly. I went in today and was told that the registers are down, but I was offered a free grande drip coffee. I really appreciated that!

My coffee was really strong I couldnt even drink it. I am in there almost everyday and it was the worst coffee to this date. I ended up throwing out a 5$ coffee. Other then that they know my order, friendly, great staff in general!! I did tell them but got offered no compensation or anything which with as much money as I spend there they could of compensate for the horrible coffee I had thr day before. I even told them what time and what she looked like.

Okay I know millions of people like Starbucks. But some of their corporate policies just go against my belief on how a corporation should support it's communities. Enough said. I'm sure they have great coffee and so on. But sometimes patronage is more than the product.

Usually when you ask a coffee shop for cream and sugar they will add it for you. Not here.

Outstanding customer service everyone you go into this location. They have been very professional wether incredibly busy or slow. Some of the best quality at any Starbucks in town. Added benefit of being able to shop at target as well.
