Stay away from this travel agency !. They show you pictures of a BRAND NEW/refurbished HOTEL and after that you end up in aWORN OUT and FILTHY hotel. Look AT the PICTURES, this is what TUI SELLS CUSTOMER, 150 GBPs night !!!!. They do not take reponsability on that, no matter how many pictures or videos you hand in to them, and even worst THEY WASTE your time asking you for evidence to end up arguing that the hotel claims that everything was right.

Received bogus email after booking that told me the dates of my holiday. Lord street office showed no concern over this security is not up to scratch will not be using TUI again

Worst travel agent ever. None of the staff is well trained and they certainly haven’t got a clue of what they are doing. They are not able to provide you the correct information about your destination and they don’t know how to advise you about their own procedures. A simple task as typing your details on their system is a something they don’t seem to know how to do it, than after charging you £30 per person to manage your booking they expect you to pay £50 per person to amend your details that were wrongly input by one of the travel agents. How to loose a client in 10 minutes...

I thought I would give this store a try due to my awful experience in the bootle strand store but this was even worse. After waiting 2 hours to be seen a few days ago i was finally greeted with a sarcastic smile. I had told the lady there exactly what i wanted as i had been booking this same hotel for 10 years with tui. It was for 2019 and i was instantly told there was no availability straight away without even being given an alternative dates. the girl was trying to push 2 weeks on me which was £2000 over what i would usually pay for this holiday. the service from the stores which i have visited is disgusting and they are out doing themselves with the prices. i will NEVER be booking a tui holiday again.

Stay away of this agency. They might sell tou a holiday in a hotel which might turn out to be worst by far than what you can see in TUI's pictures, and after that refuse to accept any responsability. On top of that TUI's agents in the hotel might turn out to be helpless if any issue comes up.

Just like to thank the tui shop staff for doing absolutely nothing in helping us for our 30 hour delayed flight, ruined holiday we saved all year for and leaving us abandoned as did the tui themselves. They are happy to take your money but if anything goes wrong don't want to know as she said we only book holidays, ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

My husband and I recently needed to change our holiday to Marrakech due to the tragic earthquake. Unfortunately when we visited on 10/09/23 the branch were unable to help with this due to policy and it was a rather stressful experience as we were both quite worried about visiting the area, especially as I am pregnant. We were also concerned that we would lose all our money if we did not go. However we were called back by the Branch Manager on 11/09/23 and asked to come back in to the store the following day so that this could be sorted out for us. When we returned to branch on 12/09/23 we received excellent customer service from Katie who was very empathetic of our situation and showed great professionalism throughout. Katie had originally helped us to book our trip to Marrakech several months earlier, so we knew we were in good hands. Katie talked us through our options and helped us to look at alternative destinations. She was very patient with us and did not rush us, she wanted to make sure we were happy and with her extensive travel knowledge she helped us to plan a special trip that we are really looking forward to. Katie and the Branch Manager (sorry we did not catch her name) were both fantastic that day and we are very grateful to both of them and to Tui for helping us to change our plans on this occasion due to the sad unforeseen events. We wouldn't hesitate to book more holidays with Katie and the Tui Liverpool Lord St branch again in the future. Thank you! Rachel & Mark

Well worth a visit to the Liverpool, Lord Street branch yesterday. Great bonus that the branch is open on Sundays and the best recommendation is that the staff member , John was highly knowledgeable and cut through all the confusing discount and special offers I'd found on the Web. The price I paid for the cruise was better than advertised and John took care of all the paperwork - essential right now as currently no printer available at home. Finally it was great to have real human contact and John proved to be an expert at navigating me to the best deal! Thank you. I intend to visit travel agents more often as if we don't use them we are certain to lose them.....

We returned to TUI Liverpool Lord Street to book our summer holiday like we did last year. We were served by the lovely Michelle who welcomed us and went above and beyond in looking for a holiday that fitted our budget and our requirements. She took her time and was extremely helpful, great customer service which we really appreciated. Looking forward to Kos in August, thank you Michelle for all your help, I hope the TUI management see this and know what an excellent member of staff they have on their team!

I went in as a stressed Mum looking for a break away, after a negative experience of another travel operator within the same area I was pleasantly surprised staff were helpful as soon as I walked in was greeted with a warm smile, and sat with Vickie, honestly I couldn't praise Vickie enough I gave her a budget and board base i wanted within budget, she was incredibly knowledgeable and couldn't be any more helpful, nothing was too much effort,and when I was getting a little worked up, kids ringing me up she helped to calm me I have hidden disabilities and she helped to calm me and offered reassurance and talked me through how she was available after the booming, really showing how customer focused she is, that even after she's booked she still cares about the Individual client. Would definitely go here in future for any other breaks. Highly recommend excellent quality customer service with a friendly face.

We found both Mia and Jon professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to speak to them - a great start to our TUI experience! We have visited TUI in Liverpool (Lord Street) a couple more times and were impressed yet again. Manager Michelle and Hannah gave fantastic advice regarding our booking. Vickie and Sophie could not have been more helpful when we booked a couple of excursions. Excellent customer service from everyone. We visited TUI in Liverpool again, and were delighted by the customer service provided by Caitlin. We had questions about our holiday, and Caitlin put our minds at ease. She is very friendly and professional - a credit to TUI.

We visited Tui In October 2023 looking to book New York 2024, we were helped by Katie who was extremely helpful and informative. Unfortunately flights and hotels were not available at that time but Katie took my number and email and kept in touch with any new information that came out. Got my holiday cancelled because the flight got cancelled. They didn't even bother calling and asking if I wanna get flights with different company. When I phone them to ask if I could keep the hotel and just book the flights as it would be more expensive to book the hotel now JOHN said he will have to talk to his manager and get it approved he said he will call me in the next few minutes. After 1 hour called them back and got told he is literally speaking to a manager and after he will update me. Then phone again and spoke to GEMMA again and she said they are closing now at 17.10 so they can't do it now I said you are closing at 17.30 it's another 20minutes I want my update and rebooked the flights NOW. she then said we gonna have to do it tomorrow because it will take few hours. I would never ever book my holiday with tui again. Absolute ridiculous the staff are. Once they get the money you get no help what's so ever. They waited for 2 hours to give me an update so they don't have to work harder! Joke. Will write an official complaint tomorrow won't just leave it like that.

My parents were looking for a very last-minute anniversary getaway this summer, and we headed into TUI Liverpool to ask for some advice, suggestions and recommendations for their trip. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely Vickie who showed us various destinations, and personalised the available options to our preferences. She shared many great travel tips, gave very personal and informative advice, and was very knowledgeable about many different destinations. Vickie helpfully shared the options via Email to us to browse through later in the evening at our leisure. We returned the following day to book an all-inclusive trip with TUI and she was so helpful and booked it for us, and was there every step of the way to guide and help us, with any questions, despite it being so last-minute. Thank you so much to Vickie and the team at TUI Liverpool for your service, advice and expertise! We’d highly recommend TUI to others and will definitely return soon to book another trip!

Fabulous hotel clean rooms everyday Pool is spotless at all times hotel staff friendly and helpful at all times beach is clean and tidy only thing bed are hard to sllep on need softer mattresses You can hire a kettle from reception for £15.00 and when you return it back to reception you will get your £15.00 back Will definitely come again

I just wanted to share my fantastic experience with booking a Disneyland Paris adventure at the TUI store in Liverpool lord street. Firstly, booking with someone who is a Disney Expert (actual title!) is a Godsend and a HUGE thank you to Rachel who was literally the font of all knowledge. Rachel was able to recommend the best time frame that we would need for taking our 4 year old and work within our budget to get us the most magical experience ever! She went as far as helping us pick restaurants after deciding to get a meal plan and showing me how to navigate the app. I was able to contact Rachel on a few occasions to ask questions, and she was always 100% helpful and a genuine part of making my daughters dreams come true. Booking with a travel agent was invaluable to us as I feel like Disney holidays (for a first timer) can feel like a minefield to navigate and doing this took all the stress away for me. However now I have the Disney bug and already want to book to go again so my advice is, book Disney holidays at your own risk as they are highly addictive and always ask for a Disney expert!
