My family personally knows the guy who owns this place and he's such a good person! Always stays honest with estimates, sells great jewelry, and has reasonable prices. They also do piercings here. I've had a lot of piercings done and this was the only time I've felt next to no pain. Very well trained and knowledge staff! Can't praise it enough!

Buyer beware they will tell you triple the price of the actual items value and then try to give you 20% off make sure you know what your getting yourself into they will not work with you either

I have taken my Movado there twice to have the band fixed. The first time it cost me $10 and fell apart 2 hours later. I took it back and they fixed it again. Charged me, again and it fell apart 2 months later. Obviously, going to a different shop this time.

They staff are very friendly! I took my baby girl there to get her ears pierced the person that did was on POINT every was done easy and quick my baby was finished crying in less than 5 mins he was so fast omg! Everything was good with ears in less than a week ! I would recommend them and have been recommending persons there for ears piercing! Great job guys !

Thank goodness for Howard Jewelers. Fast, affordable, friendly and even changed the buckle color on a new band to match watch. This is an old style watchmaker establishment. The epitome of true horologist. Those mall chains like FF are inferior to H. You have watches you cherish take them to Howard's.

The owner and the employees at this store are outstanding in customer service. For all my watch needs I go to them and they are always very nice, friendly, reasonable and service my watches fast and affordable prices. Went to see how much an engagement ring’s value was and they told me $450 when I already had an appraisal of over $5k that I didn’t mention. A bunch of crooks looking to rob you blind for profit.

Called to get a quote for removing links on a watch he told me $10 plus tax. I went in he greeted me right away did it quick & efficient making sure it fit my wrist properly. Very nice man will definitely come back & recommend him to others. FYI as I told him I went to a store in Roosevelt field mall & they charged me about $40+. Smh
