I bought a Gucci watch from Carat & Co, The watch is absolutely beautiful and came with all the documents as advertised. Service was A+++, lady I spoke too over the phone hooked me up sent me the watch the next day because I needed it on time for a wedding for free. On top to all this great service I got the watch for a unbelievable price. Truly happy with my purchase and Will definitely be buying more watches from Carat & Co.

I purchased several watches from this store. The experience were all nice before. Yet, I had the worst experience ever in this store today with this sales names Jeanne. I would like to browse around on the second floor today like many times I have done before. She rushed up and told me that the second floor is reservation only which I knew It's not true. And she counted the watches I was looking at that were locked inside the counter in front of me to check if there was anything missing. It was like accusing me stealing. And she even showed me the way down and asked me to leave second floor. Arragon, rude, and worst sales I have ever seen in the my life. I wanna give 0 star for her stupid altitude, but it won't be fair for other friendly staff in this store.

Recently, I’ve been looking for my first “luxury” watch and decided to visit Carat & Co since I’ve been walking by it for years. To my surprise, the store is so beautiful with an endless selection of high end jewelry and watches. I was greeted by the friendly staff and was introduced to Derek. He took me around the store to show me pieces I may be interested in and spent a lot of time educating me on each piece I asked to see. He was never impatient no matter how many questions I’ve asked or the fact that I was undecisive. When I finally decided on which watch I wanted, I revisited Carat & Co to order. The service was so amazing, I’ve already placed an order for my second watch there.

Disappointing first interaction with this store. Called with a question, left message, no return call. Visited the store to get a watch band adjusted and shop for a watch. Cost to adjust band for which store is authorized dealer, inappropriate. Left before looking for new watch. Very poor customer service.

Carat and Co. is a family business that I discovered on a Forbes video on YouTube. I sent an email confirming availability of a watch and received a quick response confirming it was available. After setting up an appointment Tiffany helped me out with trying on the watch I was interested in along with other variants. Superb customer service and will definitely come back again for future watch purchases.

This experience was a long time ago, come to this store only if you’re dressed like you grew up at the Hamptons or the Gold Coast, otherwise the staff will treat you like garbage. who would want to walk around Flushing Chinatown dressed to attract unnecessary attention? walking pass this place today reminded me of it. Would love to see and try the GS evolution 9 cases, but I’d rather have me and my friends go to Manhattan or Americana Manhasset.

Carat & Co. is a luxurious three-story establishment in the heart of Flushing, Queens. In fact, I attended a recent event at Carat & Co., and the president of Grand Seiko of America called the store “a palace for watches.” They carry many watch brands, including Blancpain, Breguet, Glashütte Original, IWC, Longines, Omega, Seiko, Vacheron Constantin, and Zenith. They also carry Grand Seiko, the upscale luxury brand that competes with Rolex and Omega. My go-to person at the store is Derek Mon. I recently purchased two Grand Seikos from Derek – he offers great advice, consultation and after-sales service. He’s an enthusiastic watch collector himself, knowledgeable about the brands he sells. I highly recommend Carat & Co.!

I pre-ordered the new Omega speedmaster professional and it arrived earlier than expected. Amazing service and professionalism from Derek and staff, I can tell right away that Derek was truly passionate about watches and I love that he never pushed me to buy. This was my first time purchasing a watch from an authorized dealer and it was a great experience. I highly recommend stopping by to fulfill all of your watch buying needs and services.

Came here with a friend on a Sunday to browse some Seiko’s. We were helped by a wonderful sales associate (I don’t remember her name unfortunately). She was very patient with us as we asked her a variety of questions. She was also very knowledgeable and personable and really made the experience feel unique and special. Even though we did not purchase anything that day, she made us feel important and that is why I will make this place my go-to for all future watch purchases. I look forward to coming back soon. Called this place because I saw a youtube video that Derek made about a watch that I was very interested in purchasing. When I left an inquiry online Derek happened to be the person who responded and was very helpful in assisting me with the questions I had. Because they carry so many different brands I actually ended up buying another one because I liked working with Derek so much. He made the process easy and smooth, was always responsive, and I got my watches pretty quick as one was special order, and I needed to have them shipped to me as I am out of the state. It's such an unique and amazing virtual experience working with Tiffany at Carat and Co. to customize my engagement ring!
