I'm not sure who runs their service centre but my experience so far has been underwhelming. I called them to arrange for servicing for my oven, even though I called their number and spoke with someone who took my details, a week later I still hadn't heard from them . I called back and spoke with another gentleman who was rather unhelpful and slightly rude . I called their showroom and spoke with someone else who must have spoken to their service centre so that eventually the rude gentleman called me back. Two or three days later, they came to pick up the faulty oven . The worker who picked up said it could be fixed within 24 hours or so and that once that was complete , it would be up to the service centre manager to arrange for me to get back the oven . I didnt hear from the service centre so I called back a day or two later and the gentleman was as unhelpful as before . Now we are in a lockdown and I have no idea when this will end. I effectively dont have my oven and have no idea how long I wont have it for . Thanks to the gentleman at the service centre who really couldn't be bothered with any real level of service

Customer services at show room is excellent but warehouse staff need training.

I loved what I saw. They selling great brands though not common, research shows they are of higher quality. They are also running amazing promotions.

I bought fridge from EDK last year and the fridge is still not functioning properly meanwhile the same company have come to pick it for servicing on three different occasions. The problem was realized the first day the fridge was turned on. Unfortunately the one year warranty has elapsed.

UPDATE May 2022: I did my research to get the best deal on an AC and decided on one from Ederick, but the way the sales guys Justine and Prince messed me around, misinformed me and their general attitude was so insulting I decided to go with a deal at a different shop that was not as good. Sometimes people don't treat you right and that's OK, but then why give them your hard earned money? UPDATE 2021: I went back to Ederick and had a better experience this time than the last. They were still incredibly slow but they delivered on time and nobody shouted at me this time. Also they have good products that you can't get elsewhere in Accra Great products, horrible horrible service. Staff are rude and slow. Sales took for ever to write the invoice even though I was the only customer in the shop. The sales rep told I had to go the warehouse myself to pick up my item. When I got there no one was there. Anyone could have stolen all the stock. After 20 minutes someone arrived and shouted at me that I should not be in the warehouse even though that was where the sales person had told me to go. I will avoid dealing with Ederick even if I have to pay more somewhere else.

They have a great range of electronic products eg small gadgets like irons and water kettles, then larger items like washing machines, water dispensers, and then their key specialty on A/C units, fridges and freezers. Whirlpool and other brand name as well as their own brand EDK are available. A whole set of price ranges available from mid budget to high range. They also have a maintenance unit to assist you if items purchased need servicing.
