Great place, definitely competes with other top franchises like lenskart. The lady working at the store was very unhelpful, and whenever I would ask her to do something, all she says is that she will do it, but does nothing and just wastes time. The other two men were very helpful. When billing, it took over 30 minutes, and I am still not sure why it is like that. Overall, I think this is a great place to buy eyewear, as I and my family have bought from here for the past two years and I have had no major issues with the product itself.

I have experienced worst service on Titan eye plus dlf my mother visited for specs service only nose pad issue the employee name Mr Anil behav very badly and directly said and forced new frame purchased I don't understand why do this I totally disagree that behaviour I am also visited and clean for frame he totally ignor and attending new customer one lady also setting store chair she is very kind and helpful I really hope next time better service provide.
