Let me share my experience In terms of medicine they will just give u sugar coated with some stuff just keep it in water and u will see. In terms of hair sessions they will tell u initially that we can do sessions as per ur timings but they r so cunning they will never give u the timings of ur choice or if u couldnt attend any session then that whole week is gone waste. Also during consultation period they gonna entice u to pay for while year with some discount trust me dont waste ur money just to buy sugar coated medicines if u dont trust then take it only for 1 month and ull know I hardly saw any difference in my hair regrowth better to go for hair transplant.

Additionally, my concerns about the absence of decimal values in their test results were met with vague responses. It's imperative to underscore that established and widely recognized allergy testing methods, such as blood tests like specific IgE testing or skin prick tests administered by qualified medical professionals, serve as the gold standard for precise and dependable allergy diagnosis. These reputable tests offer accurate insights, unlike alternative methods that may lead to erroneous conclusions about allergies.

An excellent clinic with wonderful staff. They are professional and qualified. Above all, they are receptive to problems of clients /patients and provide appropriate treatment and follow up.

They are not doctors....... they are thugs on the name of doctor.......and their name should be Scammers batra...

In Dwarka Sec 7, patients are made mad, if they take a package for their treatment, then they give the documents of their treatment to the patient. If they don't get treatment from here, they don't give any document, they force the patient for treatment. I went for a consultation, I refused for the treatment, so they did not give me the paper on which the doctor asked me to get the test done. They didn't even give that paper, I called there many times but sometimes they say till Sam will come on your WhatsApp or mail will come, so there is nothing. Customer care people also keep rotating the matter, there is no solution, it is very useless, get treatment and consultation from here, return to the patient.

I have been a patient at Dr. Batras Clinic for 1 year from Nov 2022 to Nov 2023, at starting I had faith in them, their medicines but as months pass by then I understood, nothing is really happening to my problem which I was being cured for( a type of Seborrhoric dermatitis i.e Tinea Capaitis ), their assistant doctor just keeps on assuring that you are being healed and all that but in actual it was nothing, in between around 6,7,8 months I told them multiple times that nothing is being cured but they kept on insisting that my problem will take time but from my understanding 6 -7 months are enough to see at least 25-30% healing but nothing as such, I was bounded as they cunningly took my money for whole year as they told that they don’t have any monthly plan, cause if monthly payment would have been the option I would not have wasted any money on them after 6 months, all they have an industry of medicine and they are adamant on using their face wash, shampoo and all those which cost you dearly but no result at the end, would highly recommend not to waste your money on their clinic, they are just money earning organization, the reputation that I had in my mind for them is completely shattered, and they are just money looting firm, would never recommend their clinic to anyone else.

Their clinic is amazing. The services rendered here are at the pinnacle of homeopathy. The staff is very good and efficient. Never faced any problem in getting an appointment or solution to any query.

Plz guys dont go there. Dont waste your hard earned money. They are fraud people who don't value your time and money.the staff in dwarka branch is so rude and arrogant. They have zero customer service.They will loot you in the name of their so-called treatment.

The services that I receive from Dr Btra's is excellent. Dr. the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.
