I have visited to EYE-Q for the treatment of my mother as she had cataract. We have been sent to gurugram branch for the femto surgery. on 19/12/2022.And we paid as much they asked for before surgery. 76750/- Now this is very ill behavior they have done with us. It was cleared before that they would drop us at home. But after reaching at rohtak they drop us on deserved road at 2 AM with that much cold that we were shivering standing right there and they didn't pick our call as they were sleeping peacefully leaving us outside the hospital . I was with my mother who has gone through femto surgery few hours ago how can they treat a lady in that way. she is 54. Weren't it their duty to make us safely reach at home? Didn't we pay money?How heartless is this! The staff of eye Q hospital is so reckless. Especially that one who managed all these things and didn't even pick my call and It was 2 Am. And they haven't any guilt for all that happened. May be it was my fault that i went there! The EYE- Q branch only care about money not for the patient. Dear visitors, assess things before you reach here. because this kind of behavior is not forgivable!

Rohtak Eye Q has very Poor Service. Doctor is also not trained enough. Hospital will take there personal Patient on Priority. Behaviour of staff is very arrogant and unethical.

I have visited this hospital frequently for my own ailment. Staff behaviour very well. Special thanks for the receptionist Ms. Kumkum, she attends the patients very politely and communicate with them in a respectful manner and special thanks to Dr. Chirakshi Dhull.

Chep service, Doctor attitude is nice but receptionist is no educated I think because they totally don't no how to talk or dealing with custmer . After argue with me when i ask about contact lance according to them there no staff to assist me with my concern till 10.30. I heard a lot but eye q service is nothing . TOTALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!

Its been very bad experience of my life with eye q hospital Rohtak. We have visited to medical for my mom eye treatment around 25 Feb 2021. Doctor suggest us for multifidus lance eye operation. Which cost is around 90,000 . Which we have paid. We also have all checkup and receipt for the same. But after all that my mom right eye goes in very bad condition. She did not able to see properly and every time water comes from eyes and its seems red every time. We are visiting to the medical several time but doctor give us different medicine which is not helping for the same. As my mom age is 60 years and its been very to difficult to take medicine for long time. So request you guys , please evaluate the things before visit the hospital. Because money does not matter but eye issue will pain more for whole life....
