Horrific experience and treatment. Not only did Nurse David arrive over an hour late, I had to have everything dissolved elsewhere because of how unnatural the results were. Really took a massive hit on my confidence and caused me severe anxiety!

This isn’t a false review as I can provide evidence on here. Can’t fault the lovely welcoming that I had when I walked in. But unfortunately with me I am too polite for my own good, and a mistake was made, i was so happy with my lips but other wrong procedures was done. Just a warning to anyone that attends here to Make sure they have read the form properly. Although I verbally stated what I did and didn’t want they still went on to do the opposite. They did offer for me to come back to see them and speak about it but all I wanted was my money back for the mistake the clinic made, but I didn’t get that. I am leaving a review 3 months after only because Ive only gained the courage to do it now, they did contact me numerous of times via messages but I all I wanted was a refund. I still recommend this place as they do amazing things, but unfortunately I never got what I hoped for .

My third appointment (first two were as a paying model) I was contacted 30min before & told it was cancelled due to an emergency (RESPONSE: This is true = I have the text & call records) I had travelled a 3h round trip from Essex so I said I understood, but was disappointed and politely (a) asked to rebook & (2) asked for a goodwill gesture of just £25 = the cost of my wasted train/tube journey (10% of my booking value). The answer was “no” and “no” basically, and my deposit was returned. I had had such a good experience with Nasrin on visit 1 and 2, I am surprised with how a repeat customer was dealt with when there was a small issue. I was a valued customer, shown the door. I won’t be returning.

Genuinely avoid this place and seek advise from qualified person instead or at least ask what product is being used and read about it, then make a u-turn. This place didnt even look professional enough let alone product they use but lesson well taken now.

Avoid at any cost!!! They use Revolax deep filler, which is the worst you can find on the market, it took me two sessions to dissolve my damaged lips. Try the specialist/doctor or regret it

Went in for Russian Lip fillers. This was my first time ever getting filler so I was very nervous. Nasrin was so kind and helpful and walked me through everything so clearly. She made sure she was able to produce what I wanted. She really scrutinises her work to make sure everything comes out right and symmetrical. I’m so happy with my lips and I wouldn’t trust anybody else!

I highly recommend Nasrin if you are interested in any facial aesthetic treatments. She is extremely professional and listens attentively to any concerns you may have. Nasrin is also super sweet and has a down to earth, really kind personality and I felt welcome and reassured that I was in good hands the minute I stepped into the clinic! I have seen many practitioners and in my experience, I have found them to rush appointments and sadly only care about the financial aspect of the treatment. I have had my first treatments with Nasrin on May, and this was the first time ever getting somebody done. I wanted to slightly improve my appearance and what I have obtained with Nasrin was just a miracle, such a natural but excellent job: I have had masseter botox done (because for two years I have noticed I would wake up with a sore jawline and headaches and my jawline started to appear larger and boxy), a bit of chin filler to project the chin outwards and a bit of lipfiller. In just a month, my jawline went to its original shape, lips and chin look extremely natural. My face is harmonious again thanks to Nasrin but what I mostly loved about Nasrin is that she really takes into account everything, and also tells you what you need or not need to do based on her many years of experience. She tells you when enough is enough based on your face structure and she is also the nicest girl to talk to. Nasrin is not only fantastic at achieving the results you want - I personally love a discreet and natural look ;) but she also has an impeccable bedside manner - I'm scared of needles and she's always allowed enough time to allow numbing cream to sit on my skin, offered stress balls and been so patient with me. I've been coming to her clinic for years now and have recommended my friends and clients interested in aesthetic treatments to go here as she is the most reliable and talented aesthetician I know with such a warm and fun personality, always up for a little girl chat <3 I visited the clinic today for botox and after analysing my face in person, she said I didn't need any at this point and generously sent me on my way with my deposit. Let's be real, another practitioner would of just taken my money and injected away and this is why I trust her so much with my face ! I will be back when my lips need a refill - I'm still loving them 6 months later !

Such an amazingly professional and calming experience given by Nasrin. I have so many amazing things to say about Nasrin I don’t know where to start. I started going to Nasrin when my friend recommended her to me 2 years ago. I wanted to get my lips done for some time now, when I saw Nasrin work on Instagram I loved it straight away! She's beautiful inside and out, and she really knows what she is doing. It was my first time coming to the clinic and certainly will not be the last. The entire team were amazing from the onset. I have always been skeptical about going to other practitioners, mainly because I have a fear of needles. I usually go to Cosmedocs based in Harley St, however Nasrins clinic will now be where I get all future treatments. The clinic is on the main high street in West Hampsted, located in the basement of the nail salon- hidden gem in a sense. The clinic is very clean and I observed a high level of hygiene practice. I was booked in for a full consultation, as I was unsure of whether to get jaw and chin filler or just chin filler, I was also unsure as to the amount I would require. During the consultation, Nasrin mentioned the risks and the after care that I needed to follow, all the time however she was reassuring me, as she knew I was nervous. I decided to get Botox and chin filler, as it was my first time getting chin filler, we decided to do it slowly, showing me each step of the way the process. I really respect Nasrin as a practitioner because she will only provide the patient with what they need and not what they think they need or want. In the end we only used 0.5mil of filler, initially I wanted to use the whole mil or more, however I am so happy I listened to Nasrin and she stopped while she did. I am very happy with the results and will defo be returning for future treatments. For anyone who is thinking of getting fillers, I would definitely go to Nasrin, she is very knowledgeable and prices are reasonable, in comparison to Harley St, where you are paying for the street rather than the service.
