I initiated the ‘made to measure’ blind order process in May 23, arranged for the measurement visit (3 weeks wait)& placed the order for the blind installation on 10th June 23. I made 5 trips (100 miles) to the store to track the order progress as no one picks up the phone, live chat don’t process Made to measure requests. Finally, i was promised another date but one day before I was told they can’t install as they don’t provide break away chains for roller blind but only P clips which can’t be fitted on bifold. Today I had to make my 6th trip (20 miles) to get the refund. I have to ask for goodwill and was given 30£ gift card. Not happy with the service. Goodwill doesn’t justify the stress and expenses it costed me. Avoid this store…

Good store with prices on the higher side but poor customer service. The staff is generally young, untrained and devoid of customer service norms and manners. Please train your young staff who are a source of annoyance, otherwise they will deter the customers away. Train them and teach them some manners.

Was not expecting they have that good collection of home decoration and most of things are on reduced price . I recommend must visit once.

Terrible customer service. I have had 2 bad experiences in the Slough branch I will not be going back to this branch. 1st occasion brought a blind for straight swap of colour. The blind was refunded instead. As I never had my purse I had to come home and return the next day as I had the workman coming to fit in the morning. Most recently I purchased another blind. The workman noticed the fittings were not in the box. I had to run to the Slough branch to get new one. I realised I forgot my receipt in my bag at home. I showed proof of purchase but was not accepted. The store manager said they will bring the fittings......she took a while to bring it. When I brought home they were wrong and the workman could not wait any longer. I was curious because of the incompetence of the staff. As I walked back into the store the store manager was upstairs and watched me walk in. She never attempted to come to ask what the problem was. I was curious and instead just handed my receipt and asked for a new blind which was still behind the counter. All could have been avoided and now have to wait for workman to come back to fit the blind. The staff are clueless and not willing to help.

Good store, plenty of choice, poor customer care. No customer care phone service, advetised phone number never answered. On line chat only, Delivery is useless,iten never arrived then when you phone they just want to give a refund and get rid of you. So if its in store and you can take it home yourself, Fine. If you need it delivered, Avoid

Large store, bedding section is beautiful and very clean. The rest of the store looks like it has been ransacked! Staff are helpful and friendly, very easy to do click and collect at this store. Free parking outside too.

Had a lovely afternoon shopping with my friend until it was time to go then I find a sign saying how long you can park there realise that it's only 3 hrs so most probably gonna get a ticket which is a bad end to a good day maybe your store should put one on the store door or window so people can't get caught out to the unscrupulous parking company that rip your customers of.......

Good shop but parking is nightmare. I got parking ticket after doing a big shopping of £300 plus at this place for exceeding the max duration. I did went to shop and talked to a person who took my details and said we will try to sort out the PCN. The euro car parks is still chasing me. I have now appealed myself and will see what comes out but it's a really bad experience for me. I will avoid this shop in the future.

We had to have nets cut to fit the windows the assistant was extremely helpful. We also had coffee and scones in the cafe again the assistant was very helpful.

It's a decent homeware store with good selection of products and some good offers I usually buy my bedding and towels here as well as kitchen utensils. Seems to be short staffed though as there was only one person on the checkout, although there were others around the store. Parking is good, and there's a coffee shop on the first floor.

Went in for foam sponge was guided to the corner at the back of the shop. There's no price on it, and it's looking slightly shabby over there. But I did get what I needed, and I am happy with my sponge.

My review isn’t on the dunelm store in slough it is actually on Dunelm itself. On the website they offer a service click and collect in 3hrs, so I placed an order in the slough store as we was going to be in the area. After 6hrs I still did not have a message to say my order was ready. So on my way home I swung into the store and asked the checkout team, unfortunately my order could not be forfilled 😞. I was told I would receive a message to say I would be receiving a refund. I know it is Christmas time and December is busy month but don’t offer a 3hr service if you can’t deliver the goods. The staff was very friendly and approachable. The store looked big with with lots of cleaning products and homewares one day I will go and have a look maybe a store closer to home 🏡

Dunelm has such a great range for the home. Their Dorma bedding is if the best quality, it’s lasts for years and looks as great as the day first bought ( it’s been many years ) I have just purchased home. Fantastic customer service from Dev at this branch. Going above and beyond with her pleasant nature.

Very nice clean shop. So many nice things to buy. Just disappointed by the café as I ordered a coffee and toastie. Got the coffee and they said they would bring my toastie to the table. I finished my coffee and they had not even started with putting the sandwich into the oven. Be it they were short staffed, but they need training to put the sandwich into the oven before they start making the coffee. It's all about timing.

Slough store intentionally overcharging. Bought paint everywhere 2.5l and it was displayed as £30 across all colours but got charged £32 at counter. Lady at checkout was not even bothered to check and correct. Instead she wanted me to go take a pic. Disgraceful to do this during Christmas time.

Love Dunelm! Had a coffee and got Method Almond floor cleaner on sale for £2.80 from £4!!! Bargain love Dunelm for method cleaning products and their home section

Good range of wares. Not enough staff around the material cutting area. Twice had to wander round the shop to find staff. Variable on pricing but you can hunt out a bargain.

Amazing range of items and nice furniture shop. Would be nicer if everything was easier to review, like the rugs.

Brilliant experience all the way from Staff especially Tigan, Nahida and Jim at the tills. Words cannot express how I feel and i hope they get promoted or get the best bonus they have ever had. Nothing less than Excellent customer services from all staff. We just moved to Taplow and went shopping but all sorts happened especially my partner losing his phone and i must tell you how they all helped; Tigan was patient, kind, attentive, professional and there to help advice on all we wanted to purchase and advising on best choices for curtain rails etc and while on the tills paying she also did us a great service by going the extra mile and being involved to help at checkout with Jim. Nahida found my hubby's phone and was awesome about it, he almost had 2 heart attacks when he thought he had lost his new phone and when he got it back :) - Thank you! We are so so grateful. And Jim, your customer service, good humour and cheer with your patience and lovely personality completed our visit and made it worthwhile. Thank you and cheers to all staff and the lady with nice short curls who helped with the carpet! And the nice security Officer at the door. Great customer services and can't wait to come back. I give the store 5 stars but the cafe at the upper level a zero if possible. Staff, Becky was serving, are lazy, unprofesssional and they need a nudge to offer a tray or a spoon or a plate.

Absolutely love this place and the website, could be browsing on there forever! Great quality products at great prices. I bought alot from them when redecorating my house looks like a dunelm house ;) thank u dunelm for making it so easy to kit out your place ❤️

Store was a mess. I wanted a double brushed cotton fitted sheet but sheets, duvet sets, colours and sizes were so jumbled I couldn't find a single double in any colour at all so I gave up and went home.

I’m using my partners account. Yesterday I went to Slough Dunelm to return my parcel as my dinner set bowls were broken in transit. I approached Jim and asked if he had any more in store. He went off the look and came back to me to say they hadn’t. I then asked if I could take the bowls of the shelf to replace the ones in my parcel. He asked the manager and they agreed. Jim then opened up the dinner set and allowed me to look at the individual items to make sure I was happy. Some plates had a few marks so he went and changed them with new plates. Overall my customer service experience was exceptional! Thank you again Jim for your time and patience.

Fantastic service at dunelm (Slough) today , a women called SHELL helped us with net curtains , we had 12+ windows to cover with 2x different styles , she explained she wasn’t the normal lady that dealt with that department but you wouldn’t have thought it. Her customer service was brilliant the conversation flowed and she was very professional , I even noticed that while she was pulling out the relevant sizes that we required, (that were all just shoved onto a shelf),as she put them back she put them in order of size with measurements facing front which would help the next colleague/customer allocate the sizes they required. Will definitely be referring friends /family and would advise to ask for SHELL lovely lady GREAT SERVICE!

Really unhelpful member of staff. When my click and collect order wasn’t complete (luckily I checked it) I got told to go and look myself for another one. In an already very messy store. Won’t be going back to this Dunelm the Farnborough one is a lot nicer with more willing members of staff

I love Dunelm products. Great quality, unique interesting designs and prices are good for what you are getting. Customer services was fine too when I returned a few days later to return one unsuitable item.
