My husband and I are very happy with Cubitt and West, especially Richard Clarke, Senior Branch Manager, and Claire Schindelka, Senior Sales Executive. Richard made us feel comfortable and gave his honest opinion when asked about our chances in selling our flat. He made sure we were kept in the loop and he sent us the summary of the marketing activity. Claire came on board in January; she was very professional and knows her job. She went above and beyond. She came to our flat to see our property because she said she wanted to know what she was selling. It definitely helped her look for potential buyers and she sold our flat in less than a month. On top of that she also gave us advice about our decision to buy the house that we wanted. Buying and selling houses is not like selling other commodities; it can be emotionally stressful and some may have emotional attachments to their property or could be anxious to move out. In our case our flat is too small for us and we really need to move to a bigger place now that we have a baby. We were with another estate agents at first but we did not receive the same kind of service that we got from Cubitt and West. I am a fan of reviews I rely heavily on it when I purchase anything especially for large purchases like homes. I would definitely recommend Cubitt and West if you are looking for an estate or letting agency.
