Worse service and they don’t care or listen to me they just underestimated my mental health issues and my disabilities hence the poor rate I given them.

My son is going through a mental medical now and we have called loads of times because we're concerned for his health and wellbeing and his roof over his head. All we get is a answering machine and a call back 30 minutes before they close to be told to call the police . Now we get told their hands are tired on what they can do.

no reply to numerous messages i leave .... My support taken away ...i wonder if they go to your funeral

Shameful service. Moved here from another area's mental health team only to be discharged straight away without support because their "criteria" for helping people is so narrow. It's unlikely you'll get seen if you're referred here.

I have recently finished individual therapy and have been very impressed and thankful. There were teething issues for me when the areas were merged but they have improved immensely. The therapy was very helpful.

Manipulative , unhelpful people… the list goes on and on…. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

I visited today for an assessment and as soon as I was allowed in I was made so very welcome by the staff and receptionist. I had my meeting and everything was explained well to me, I felt at ease and whilst I had lots of hesitations about going in partly based upon the other reviews here and from a previous encounter with them and the lack of sleep thanks to my mental health - they could have not been any more friendlier. You need to be honest with them else how can they help you?? I hope more people write some positive reviews of their own as so far so good. :) again just be honest, they are there to help you.

Worse than useless. I'd be interested to know how many people have died under their 'care.' Doesn't matter how ill you are or how many suicide attempts you make, you won't get help.

Very poor service. Discharged me for missing one appointment. Which I explained I couldn't go to, due to my mental health.

It's ironic that a group of people who's job it is to help with your mental health... Can make you want to kill yourself. I don't know how anyone who works here sleeps at night.

Impossible to contact. Call them up and you'll eventually press 4 to talk to a human, only to be told the only extension is unavailable and get sent back to the start. Leave a message and maybe get a reply in a few days. I'm not sure how to arrange anything with an organisation that is incapable of being contacted
