There were a few outstanding issues with the house before we moved in which we were told were in the process of being sorted. However weeks after moving in no updates and nothing had actually been done. Very poor communicators and lack competency in sorting basic issues. Consistently making excuses and not taking responsibility for sorting things out. Would not recommend using this agency.

Brilliant experience with Raphael Heathcote from Anstey, who was endlessly kind and patient, and went above and beyond to help us through a very difficult time. He is very knowledgeable on all of the properties and always offered us the best solutions to our problems he could, showing genuine care beyond what could ever be expected. Can’t thank him enough for all of his hard work!

Fantastic experience.!!! Very professional and helpful team. Great communication. Within 24 hours of seeing the property, I received confirmation that the apartment I applied for it is mine. Muhammad and Adrian did a great job, very professional!!! When I was collecting the keys, I received a gift from them for a new apartment. It was very kind. We couldn’t fault Josh Rahman’s customer service. He gave us his number and was so easy to contact and liaise with. When I was busy at work he was quick to text reply back, gave me a call when he felt he need to to make the process faster and smoother. He was very well informed with the property he was showing us around and gave us all the information we needed and asked for. He also made the process very smooth and gave us the right Guidance.
