This dentist WILL lie to you about referrals! I have been waiting nearly 3 years for a referral, and every time I enquire about it they tell me it has been sent. I have called the hospital they apparently referred me to and they have not had a referral. Called the community referral line to see if it went there and it hasn't. Called dentist back and they tell me it's been sent and proceeded to hang up every time I call to enquire. 3 years of pain from an exposed nerve and all I get is lies!

Shocking receptionist!! Rude and abrupt . Could not get through on the phone after over one hour so kept the live connected while I drove to the surgery , when I got there my phone was still connected ringing and the reception ladies just sat there chatting . Unbelievable!!! No wonder you can’t get through . The most rude people I have ever encountered, no people skills whatsoever.

A few years ago I went here with dental phobia and I remember I had to have a tooth extracted and the dentist literally broke my tooth in two and as I was a little scared of the pain he said oh I don't think you can do this you should go home and I said no you broke my tooth now get it out shocking service and disrespectful

It is a deliberate policy to make vulnerable people suffer. We have tried to register with this so-called dentist for two years, and every time they ask us to wait for a few months or perhaps for life, I have filed a complaint against them and I will continue to go to them all the time until they register me, my daughter and my wife, as I have it all the time. I will not get bored because I do not have anything to do and I have all the time and I live very close to them. see you soon

Dentists are good especially Dr Aurangzeb . However 3 star because you can never get through to make an appt or to cancel one. I rang today 10/3/22 20 mins kept saying I was caller number one and I ended up disconnecting the call. Called yesterday 15 minutes and waiting . Not sure why they have this phone problem. Please can this be fixed.

Visit this dentist last week for a check up .£49.00 paid prior to going up the stairs.Check up showed a bit of plaque on 2 teeth on the bottom set .Shall I remove ?? Yes please .Can you sign this form first was the answer whilst I’m wearing the dark glasses no mention of cost .2 minutes max cleaning those 2 teeth ..Left the building then got a call to say I owed £58 for the clean of those teeth .How can that be possible .Who the hell gets paid £29.00 a minute .shocking ……have rang around and most dentists are charging £30check up and £45 for a scale and polish …don’t get ripped off by these guys

As always with My Dentist, hubby Kevin received the best treatment in a professional and friendly Environment Needing specialist care during a time of illness they have always taken extra care and patience, ensuring he is looked after The same when I go for check ups it’s always a positive experience Highly recommend 🙌 special thanks to Marta and the Reception team

Highly rate this practice. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming, the dental nurse also very friendly and puts you at ease. The dentist is the most gentle dentist I have ever visited. 1st class service all round thanks
