Cannot recommend Beautiful Bambino enough. They have made me one very happy mama to be with my beautiful new Egg2 pram. Thanks to Instagram algorithm I came across their page by chance but I’m so glad I did. The customer service I’ve received was amazing and what was even more impressive was my pram and all the accessories arrived less than 24 hours after purchase. I really do try my best to support local/smaller businesses so please do give them consideration if you’re looking to purchase any baby products/items! I’ll definitely be buying baby’s holiday stroller once she big enough from them. Thanks again, your were fabulous.

Outstanding shop for baby pram , strollers and the staff is really lovely ... Mr. Harrison did help us in finding the right one and he also helped us with different quotations for the same pram by adding / removing accessories. Wish I could have found this earlier , I wasted 250 GBP on some other pram ... Offer amazing discounts every time and always no problems at all with the products. We bought our first oyster 3 pram bundle and cybex seat, boori cot bed and drawers, now our travel oyster zero gravity bundle and fast amazing service! The store representive Joe was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable on the Cybex products and worked with us to find an appropriate item. We cannot praise this shop enough. As first-time parents, we didn't know where to begin with when choosing a pram bundle. We visited Beautiful Bambino twice. Once to have a first look after being at Mamas and Papas and the second time after visiting John Lewis. The staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable, they made us feel more confident with our choice. Joe was the one that explained every little detail to us, dismantled every bit of the pram/car seat/carrier cot and got us to try it out ourselves. None of the big stores mentioned above gave us these opportunities or paid the same attention to us and our questions. Excellent payment methods and flexibility with delivery. Very good variety of products. We went for an I candy and we loved the choice in colours.

We picked our pushchair and colour a little while ago at another store and were informed that delivery would not be available until mid June (after my due date) I have searched and searched, but the colour I wanted was sold out absolutely everywhere - I was so disappointed, when spending such a lot of money I really didn’t want to compromise! I then stumbled across Beautiful Bambino website and my shopping experience has been fantastic end to end! I spoke to them on webchat to confirm they had stock and delivery timescales - I couldn’t believe my luck! I ordered straight away and have received my full bundle today - next day delivery! Exceeded my expectations in every way and would not hesitate to recommend Beautiful Bambino to anyone! Thank you so much for your help!

Couldn't recommend Beautiful Bambino enough. We've visited the store several times and each time been met with friendly staff who are always happy to help. A special mention to Harrison who went above and beyond for us when it came to picking up our pram, car seat and bases. We were helped to the car with everything and he fitted one of the bases for us, going through the seat features again and answering our questions. When we didn't have enough car space for the rest of our delivery, he very kindly offered to deliver this to us at our home in his own time. Not only did this save us coming back to the store, but he also offered to fit the second base into our other car too, saving us the job. We are so impressed and thankful for the fantastic customer experience provided. Will be recommending BB to everyone! Thank you once again Harrison and staff for a lovely and genuine 'above and beyond' experience 😊.

I contacted Beautiful Bambino in a bit of a flap because I had ordered a buggy from another company a little last minute before a month long holiday and it just didn’t turn up. Safe to say, Beautiful Bambino saved the day!! Lucy was amazingly fast at responding and was so helpful. I explained the situation to her and she had a pram boxed up for me and ready to go in no time! It arrived the next day ready for me to take on holiday. She even got in touch the next day to make sure I had received tracking information. Absolute top notch service! Wish all companies were like you. Thank you!!!

I had a great experience today. Needed to buy a new car seat and Lucy spent time with me to discuss the car seat, she was lovely and very helpful. I appreciate the time she spent with me. Any email I sent was relied to in the same day and even received a phone call to make sure I have received them. They updated my order for me when I wanted to change the product ordered. I had such a lovely experience with Beautiful Bambino. We had been shopping around for our pram for awhile now and had two very bad experiences with other companies, one that ended up being a scam. When I reached out to BB to enquire about the price (we had just missed out on a lower price deal before the supplier increased their costs to the shop), they kindly offered us a discount to near match what it was before. On top of that, we were able to get the carrier we wanted on deal as well, and it all arrived within a few days of the stock becoming available. The team at BB were kind and accommodating and I'm so happy we purchased with them!

Premium brands with Premium Customer Service.!!!This experience was far better than any I have previously received from John Lewis. The store has lots of options on display from prams to nursery furniture & accessories.Furthermore, most items online can be viewed in store before purchase- which personally I found very helpful (especially because I wanted to see furniture). The store had a very calm and welcoming vibe & the staff are not pushing for sales, therefore making the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. Another factor I found great was the store's delivery service- free delivery and it's very accommodating to when you prefer, unlike main retailers restricted slots . I'd highly recommend a visit to Beautiful Bambino! Thank you to the lovely lady that helped my husband & I prepare for our lil girls arrival.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Enquired about the EggZ Stroller. Got all the answers I needed and some. The person I spoke to on the online chat (didn’t get their name) gave me all the info I needed and said if I ordered by 3pm the items would be despatched the same day. Less than 24hrs later, I received the stroller. With all the dodgy websites out there ‘selling’ prams and strollers I thought with this service I needed to leave a good review for all those that come across this shop by chance like I did. I’d 100% order from here again and highly recommend to all friends & family 🙂 Thank you for amazing service, hard to come by these days!

Ordered my granddaughter a mark j crib on Saturday afternoon, Tuesday morning I recieved a txt stating driver will be there to deliver with in a slotted time that day. Really speedy delivery considering it said 3/4 weeks online. The crib itself is outstanding!! Even down to detail on the wheels. Not one compliant about anything, would highly recommend and will definitely be shopping with these guys again. Thanks beautiful bambino xx

Went to Beautiful Bambino today with family to look at prams for my first baby. I didn’t have a clue where to start and thanks to Becky, I left not only buying my perfect pram but with a clear understanding of what I wanted and what were the pros and cons of each model. I was able to get all my essentials in a great bundle deal and have been back several times since; each time the staff have been super friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. Lovely range of high quality products, I took my sister in law there and she was ready to have another baby after seeing all the amazing stuff!

Amazing customer service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. 1:1 appointment available with staff. When we came to collect our pram & car seat they fitted it in our car and showed us how to take in & out. Will continue shopping here for all future baby/kids furniture that I need!

Fantastic customer service! I emailed them about a pram that I wanted that was out of stock to find out the lead time. Someone got back to me within a few minutes despite it being after 7pm! They told me when they expected the delivery of new stock and told me they would fast track my order once it came in - which they did! I would highly recommend.
