Visited the store to collect item from order online and also brouse mens suits for cruise holiday. During our visit we was introduced to Frank by another member of staff, and WOW, did Frank DELIVER !! Frank offered great support and guidance whilst we picked what we thought was right, however Frank offered brilliant alternatives in a truely respect full manner. Frank completely respected our needs as a customer, but the customer care and product style knowledge he demonstrated was INCREDIBLE ! Frank is a great ambassador for the NEXT brand, a real asset to the TEAM. Great work Frank, you completely satisfied us a NEXT customer during our visit. I was served by a lady called sam yesterday had a chat at till told her I'd come in for denim shorts, but there wasnt any, she said there was some in the back and did I want her to get them.so I said yes , fitted me perfect very good customer service e from SAM

Went to Next today which is a bank holiday Monday it was very busy , we were looking to buy our sons prom suit , we had help from a very lovely young man in the men's department he is a credit to ur store he was very helpful , polite and nothing was to much 😀

Frank from the men’s department is a absolute star! I went in this week after a suit but no idea of size or what style I wanted Not only was he a huge help in finding my size and colour etc but he stayed 45 mins over his finish time to get me sorted Absolute credit to the store he is!

Completely messed me around at this next. Had some curtains delivered because they didn't have them in stock. Got the message the next day about mid afternoon. When I arrived at store they had a power cut. They would not let me in to take my order. Now before you say that is reasonable, a lot of other big brand store have power down processes to follow so they can continue trade. I would not be surprised if next do and this store could not be bothered. Then I get a text later saying that all my order had not arrived. Confusing or what. I just cancelled the order over the phone. The lady said that is fine and would sort it all. A few days later I get a phone call saying that the refund could not be done over the phone and to go in-store to sort it. Argh.

Lovely bright, tidy shop, friendly staff. Enough space between clothing rails to move around easily

Would give this more stars as it's a good shop with some great designer clothes, shoes and accessories. However, I take marks off due to the lack of offers so you often have to pay more than necessary.

Great service from Frank on menswear, he is very knowledgeable and has a very warm and friendly personality and is always welcoming when in need to ask questions regarding products or clothing. He always goes the extra mile and makes sure that you go away happy

Yes, the Ingleby family. They still live there in part of the castle. It is a terrific place and well worth a visit if in the area. Ripley ice-cream, delicious!! There are guided tours. 11 00 a.m & 12.30 p.m. Beautiful village.
