How is this practice even open. My partner rang the practice on Tuesday saying she needs to be checked out as she has been struggling to breathe she got told a doctor would call back on Friday. Whilst waiting for this call back she wanted to see if an inhaler would help. So she borrowed a blue inhaler off a friend which helped but not for long. That does not mean she has asthma because it has not been confirmed by a general practitioner. A doctor named Mr Ahmed rang today (Friday 30th September 2022) asking what the problem was. She explained she has been struggling to breathe for a week and she needs to be seen by a doctor. She told him whilst shes been waiting for a call back shes had to use a friends inhaler which has helped a bit but she has no idea what the problem is plus it does not run in the family. His advice was if its helping carry on using it. A blue inhaler for asthma can not be bought over the counter and has to be prescribed by a GP after a check up and various other factors to make sure the rite one is prescribed. Either a blue, brown or a pink inhaler. All calls have been recorded, from our side to as she has had problems with this particular surgery and doctors in the past. Seems like that was there final response and nothing has been resolved so i will be getting in touch with Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman to look into this complaint. Honestly reading the reviews and the problems people have been having regarding this surgery is not on. Needs to evaluated wether this surgery is fit in providing such an important service to members of the public

This is a wonderful surgery. All the receptionists are extremely nice and deal with my enquiries in a concerned manner, the nurse (Catherine) recently dealt with a health issue very professionally but was friendly and put me at ease. Also my GP Dr Hussain is very supportive and willing to help me and i cannot thank him enough for his care.The other doctors as well are lovely in the appointments I have had with them in the past.Everyone at this surgery deserves the upmost respect,thank you.

Honestly one of the best doctors around, always listens to you and gets you the help you need.

Over the course of three weeks went from being an unregistered patient's to a registered one, seen by a GP, bloods taked and results received. All very smooth, and staff both pleasant and efficient. Thank you.

I try not to have to deal with them except to renew my prescription. I've been bombarded by text messages which I've asked to be removed from as i find them harassing but I'm still receiving them. I consider that if they are unable to do this simple task then anything more taxing is way beyond their ability. Poor to the point of embarrassing. P.s. Another message has arrived(27th March) which is exactly the same as the last one with yet another Google review link and another NHS link that doesn't work.

Everyone and I really mean everyone who works at this practice care about the patients who use the services. I cannot recommend this Team of professionals enough they really do have my gratitude.

Can't fault this practice, never had any problems with them. The receptionists are very helpful, and the nurse who takes blood is great, don't even feel the needle. Doctor Hussain does a brilliant job, and he follows it up.

Absolutely garbage, can't get an appointment any time soon. Hardwork to get past the reception staff... No online facilities, nothing. Diddly squat. I want out but they don't want to know.

I have been with this surgery for 10 years and have always had a good experience. The app is straight forward to put through my prescription requests and I have always been able to get an appointment when needed. Usually over the phone first and then a face to face appointment offered if needed. Dr Hussain has been very helpful with my medical needs and always takes the time to listen to me and explain things. The reception staff are very helpful too. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been struggling to get an appointment and advice from my own doctors, but this was my previous doctors so I thought I’d give them a ring to find a solution to what turned out to be a critical condition. A young woman on reception I think her name was susanna, went above and beyond for me and made my life so much easier! She gave me none stop reassurance, told me the right medication to get from the doctors, what I should do in general and if it suddenly gets worse. We had been on the phone a while and I could tell she was trying her hardest with my million questions. This girl needs to be praised for the effort she put in because she has a very good heart and had every opportunity to say she wouldn’t deal with me because I’m not a patient there! I don’t usually put reviews on anything but she blew me away with her kindness, manners and her patience! Wonderful girl and we need more receptionist like her!

Very good doctors the receptionist staff are amazing they are all kind and friendly and listen to any problems u have and if u just need a quick chat about a problem they get it snorted. They have helped me out lots of times when ive needed an emergency appointment or if im runnng a little late or need to just change appointment by ie 10 mins they do so for me amazing staff. Always have a nice friendly chat every time i need to attend the docs. My doctor Hussan is amazing hes kind and helps to fix all of my problems when ive got some. All the staff docs nurses and even the best midwife ever anna wow shes goes above and beyond for u shes amazing been mine for my 2 babies so kind and careing thank u for being a good docs to me and my 3 children.

I saw the nurse for my annual review as a person who uses an inhaler. She was very kind and professional. She showed me the correct way to use the inhaler to get maximum benefit from it. She helped me with some other concerns as well. It was an excellent experience overall.
