I had five star services and attention. The hotel is absolutely new and is a special construction. The staff was very attentive when I had small complaints about a few details the manager solved immediately. ", fresh fruit, fresh orange juice and many other choices, at the dinner which is a buffet we have not tried yet but we will do it. The hotel is on the seafront and there are many restaurants and supermarkets in the area

The hotel was excellent, The Staff were Amazing and very attentive and The hotel went out of there way for our stay and catered for all our needs, even provided different meals that wasn’t included in the buffet dinners. We chose this hotel for our first holiday together and to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. We are glad we chose this hotel as we clad such a wonderful time. I would highly recommend the premium full board option it’s definitely worth every penny especially with the walk on private beach and Bali cabanas perfect for a sun bath and nap.

Amazing hotel. Rooms and facilities were top notch. We had a suite with an ocean view and a jacuzzi on the balcony and it was definitely the nicest, cleanest and most modern room we’ve ever had. All of the hotel staff were incredibly attentive to details, very warm and friendly, helpful and service was 11/10 every single day. We booked the all-inclusive package and every single meal and cocktail were amazing. Worth every penny. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Chania and we will definitely be back ❤️

This place is just amazing. The rooms are cozy, clean and very nice. The staff is very helpful, super friendly and if you need anything, the will get it done. Food is great, selection is huge. Also very good drinks. If you are premium full board, there is point system for alcoholic drinks, but we never reached the limit (we tried :D) Two pools, beach, the staff is serving everywhere. Great place to stay!

I would like to express my satisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the professionalism and kindness exhibited by your staff were truly commendable. From the moment I arrived until my departure, the high-quality service provided made my stay exceptional.

The hotel offers pleasant accommodations and has a welcoming staff. However, there is room for improvement in terms of transparency during the booking process. It would be beneficial if the hotel accurately presented the room types, such as labeling classic rooms as pool view or side sea view instead of sea view. Nonetheless, the staff addressed the issue and relocated us to a superior room with a sea view after a few days. Also the half-board package does not cover the cost of beverages, including water. Prices for drinks are relatively expensive for the area. Although the hotel is generally good, it would have been helpful to know this information before booking. Please consider updating your website to provide clearer information to potential clients.

Outstanding sense of hospitality. Service is always one step ahead. Highest quality of food and drinks. The whole Nautilux team is honestly concerned about your wishes. The interior and exterior architecture unites elegance with modernity on a high tech standard. It was the best hotel experience I've ever had. I truly recommendthis place.

Lovely hotel away from the noise of the old town. A 3 mile beach walk to the old town for a lovely evening meal and stunning sunset walk back to a very well presented and attentive new (in 2022) hotel. Kids allowed over 12, mostly young couples when we stayed. Very nice and will book again!

Everything was perfect. At the beginning we were given a room already prepared ( 4 hours before the scheduled check in)!!! Nikita was showing us around the hotel when suddenly the hotel manager came down to us and because we were only 1 day he gave us the all inclusive option. Nikita ( wonderful receptionist greetings !!!) showed us around all corners of the hotel. The property is beautiful !!! Room wonderful. The pool and private beach something wonderful , and the food and drinks are tops. I have worked as a receptionist in 4 and 5 star hotels in Poland, but Nautilix is tops. A big thank you for taking care of 2 kittens:) I hope that someone will take them and of course 2 cats at once :) .Thanks again for your hospitality and see you next time 11/10 hotel!!!:)

This hotel is great. Breakfast had lots of options. Excellent view of the ocean and beach. Our room had a outdoor hot tub that worked great. The people and staff are very nice. They helped in anyway from arranging taxi/transfer to reservations at restaurants. This is a excellent place to relax and walk to old town if you want. Room was very high tech as well. Plenty of loungers around and plenty of seating at breakfast. They also had live music at dinner.

A fantastic hotel from start to finish. The staff are excellent who are all focussed on providing an 1st class service. Rooms are finished to a high standard and cleaned impeccably every day. The spa offers a whole host of treatments for him and her. Similarly team are excellent and the treatments are great. There is a wide selection of food options available for breakfast and dinner. Only improvement I would like to see would be a bigger gym. Apart from that everything was perfect

We had a beautiful time at this hotel! The rooms are clean and very modern. We got the room with the semi private pool and loved it! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a ton of options. It's right on the beach, so you have the option to lounge on their many beach chairs or by their large pool. There is live music some nights as well. It's incredible! They help arrange rides and excursion as well. There are shops and restaurants nearby also. I absolutely plan on returning.

Amazing hotel and staff. This is definitely a 5 stars hotel. The breakfast is amazing. The beach area is very cool. Cleanliness is at the highest standards. Each one of the staff is so kind and always ready to help you with whatever you need. Definitely recommend and for sure I'll come back someday.

My partner and I stayed at Nautilux for 5 days in October to celebrate his 30th birthday. Ahead of our trip I emailed the hotel asking if they are able to make our stay extra special due to the occasion. Upon arriving, the hotel was breathtaking. Everything was extremely modern, clean and just stunning. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They took their time to explain all the details to us and show us how to use the room amenities. They even left a birthday cake for us! Our stay was absolutely amazing. I can't wait to visit again. The Spa had amazing service and we had the traditional Cretan massage which was very relaxing. A few small improvements I would suggest are: -Smart TVs in the rooms -We had the all inclusive premium package but room service was not included, it would have been a nice touch for this to be included. -Fever Tree mixers are not included in the all inclusive deal which we found strange

Nautilux hotel did exceed our expectations to the most ! The location is on a beautiful sandy beach , the rooms are awesome and brand new and the staff of the hotel is always greeting you with their warmest smiles. We had unfortunately only 2 days but the hotel management and all the people managed to make us feel relaxed and very satisfied with everything!! Absolutely recommending this hotel and would like to return one day !!!

There are no words to describe this amazing hotel. A new hotel that opened on June 29. Everything is new and sterile. When we arrived (earlier than the check-in time), we were welcomed with homemade lemonade. We waited a few minutes until a representative arrived and escorted us to the huge room, which includes a full and warm Jacuzzi and gave us an explanation of the (very innovative) room. The dinner and breakfast are excellent and very varied. After two nights we were upgraded to an amazing suite that includes two floors and two balconies, one of which has a huge outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the sea and the pool. We enjoyed the hotel very much, but above all the attitude of all the hotel employees. Highly recommend

The hotel is really amazing. As a long time CEO in the international tourisem industry, I’ve seen many many 5* dlx hotels and this one is definitely top notch. Location, facilities, rooms, service, food, everything! And excellent value for money. We stayed 5 nights, two parents and 3 children (25, 23, 14) in one executive suite and one patio room. If you’re looking for a real resort next to an attractive town with a private beach, close to many attractions and main roads, with highest overall satisfaction, this hotel is highly recommended.

Nothing to fault here. Very attentive staff. A beautiful new hotel. Rooms clean with facilities all available. A few nights per week, they have live entertainment near the poolside and restaurant. Beautiful buffet with a variety of foods and cater for dietary. Very relaxing. A shout out to Christos and his staff. Location, private access to beach, and local shops, bars and clubs within walking distance.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights of our honeymoon trip in Greece. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a beautiful two story room with a rooftop that overlooked the sea. The hotel is gorgeous, trendy, and new! We opted for premium full board, which I would recommend for the convenience, but the food is just sub-par. Do not expect anything spectacular as it is all served buffet style, and we learned the hard way that room service is not included with full board. They will not tell you if you order something that isn’t included in your package, so you have to be aware of what is and isn’t an additional charge. We had a manager explain to us how the alcohol with premium board worked and it is on a points system. Each day you receive around 4200 points per person to use towards alcoholic drinks, which is more than we ever used. The drinks were of a good quality but premium mixers (like ginger ale) are an up charge. I unfortunately have many dietary restrictions and they do not have a wide variety of gluten free options as many of the sauces they use on various dishes contain gluten. The beach was the best part and it was beautiful and very clean! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to someone more local, but not for a special trip like a honeymoon. It is missing a wow factor.

Don’t book a plunge pool but do go to this hotel. That’s it basically, we had a fabulous time overall. The main pools are great, you have the beach option as well, the breakfast buffet was very well done and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets for extras. The spa facilities are lovely and the ladies were all very nice. The rooms are nice but we paid extra for a plunge pool and like another reviewer we got no sun at all on our pool and the water in these is super cold. It does depend what time of year you are visiting for the sun but some of the plunge pools are really small and then they gradually get bigger along the spiral shape of the hotel. I was also annoyed with how they handled this when I passed on my complaint - telling me if I came at a different time of year I’d get sun isn’t particularly helpful to me…

Amazing Hotel with very attentive staff! We are currently enjoying our best vacation so far because everything just works out perfectly in this Hotel. The staff is also very accommodating for special wishes like a vegan diet. Even if something is for example not on the menu, they will make it possible.

Wonderful hotel. Two amazing pools and a beachfront with excellent service the whole day. Great selection of cocktails and pool food, as well as both regular and vegan daily specials. The breakfast and dinner buffets kept things interesting, changing daily, and with both Cretan and European options. Overall, the service and cleanliness were impeccable. Everyone at the Nautilux made sure that we had a wonderful stay, but we would like to personally thank Olina for her extremely attentive service, and the recommendations she gave us about the island as well.

We liked the hotel. Food delicious, especially at breakfast, the staff is super friendly. The beach beautiful and quiet. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. But I also have a point of criticism: A private pool / plunge pool on the first floor is not worth it at all. The sun does not shine there at all, unfortunately. Also not in the morning as the reception told us. It was consistently shady and the water extremely cold, so no one could use these pools. Our neighbors were also very disappointed about this. If we had known this beforehand, we definitely would not have booked this expensive room.
