Worst Starbucks experience ever! I was waiting on an order for a very long time. Two employees saw me but ignored me. Then a tall heavyset blonde woman with glasses came up to the pick up counter and put a drink down.I asked her for my order and showed her the phone(which by the way they always ask for!) she went to go get the order and then when she came back she had a very nasty attitude and said “next time just tell me the order instead of shoving a phone in my face”. I was appalled! First of all, I did not shove a phone in her face! Second of all, if she wasn’t ignoring me I would have told her the name in the first place! I would NOT recommend coming here.Try the newer one on Fairport road.I’ve never experienced bad customer service there.

I LOVE this Starbucks. It’s my happy place. Bo and Rosa are the sweetest people ever. Never a bad experience. If you want to go to a Starbucks where you will immediately get a smile on your face then go to this one <3

Hours later i am so glad i stopped in and said hi. I love me a nice pike place and not being charged extra for alt milks. But today i just needed to use the bathroom because the one at work was busted yesterday. To the barista who told me 'you are safe here' YOU embody the good feels i always get at starbucks. They need to pay you all more but someone sure knows how to pick awesome partners/barista/team members.

The store open at 5:30am. I use the Starbucks mobile app to order. My food was ready in less than five minutes.

Drinks were great, staff was friendly and the store was clean.

Still don't get it why some of the morning food taste different every day. On morning perfect, the next not.

My 6 year old daughter finished her play performance at Spotlight to studios and she was Soo looking forward to her cake pop from Starbucks afterwards. It turned out we were at the Starbucks door 2 minutes past closing, and I explained my daughter only wanted a cake pop and they completely snubbed us.

First time at this Starbucks. Very impressed. Fast efficient, friendly and good food a d clean rest roomd.

Gave this location a chance four times. Each time there was a different issue. Biggest issue being they ran out of coffee, and didn’t tell me until I waited 15 mins for my coffee and had to ask what was going on. The service is incredibly slow compared to other Starbucks. Employees need training. Would much rather drive 5 miles to other location.

Great Starbucks. Order ahead and your drink is ready on time almost every time. Friendly helpful staff that hustle.

Cute little Starbucks. No drive thru but it’s still nice. Service was excellent and the drinks were great.
