We traveled with my family (two kids) and friends family (two kids). The overall experience was great, and beyond our expectations of the hotel. The hotel looks modern and clean, nothing too posh, and at the same time stylish, immaculate and tidy. Food and drinks were superb, always tasty, and to every picky taste. The entertaining part was interesting, so don’t miss out! – Thematic evenings, everyday it was some simple dress-code in dining area, a gala concert took place (fancy!) with artists performance, some other evening it was a BBQ-party, the other evening it was fireworks, disco, etc. Bartenders were always on top! Sports team - never sitting still! The staff was great and welcoming, but at times they were perplexed and unprofessional (e.g. the guy at the info desk (!!!), didn't even know where we could loan beach towels, and went to a bar to ask his colleagues, they didn't know either). The staff is mostly oriented to the French public, and not everyone has a great command of English. The beach area is well-equipped, always nicely groomed, a lot of entertainment. Among things which didn’t work: the safe in our room didn’t work, and half of the lamps couldn’t be turned on (e.g. bed reading lights didn’t work for kids). The beach has a sea stones entrance into the sea, small pebbles/stones, no sand, but you don't require any special footwear, it soft and safe even for kids! It is a great variety of fish in the sea, so don't forget your snorkelling mask! Hotel’s territory has a mini-golf course, boule or pétanque, tennis and table tennis, some adult-only area and bar. Just to sum it up: 5/5 of the overall experience, and can recommend the stay!

I've been there multiple times, especially using their spa service, which is great. 1 star because their mini market charged me 32 euro for a nivea sunscreen that costs 10 euro elsewhere! And they didn't accept a money-back return 2 minutes after the purchase..

I've been in Ostria Beach 4 times, this is a perfect place for holidays. The hotel is large and contains everything that is needed. From multiple swimming pools, through football court, shops, to the great beach. There is even ATM on site. The food is delicious and there is a lot of entertainment organized for hotel guests. But what is exceptional in this hotel is the service from all personel - hospitality at top level. Last time I was there I asked for lots of very specific arrangements for my whole family and the front desk manager - Ms Evagelia Singk - really made sure that every single bit of my request was fulfilled - all without any hesitation. For people travelling with children from polish Grecos - there is a "delfinki club" with 2 ladies who make sure your kids will have lots of fun - from things like mini-discos and "Pirate day" to swimming lessons. The only thing that requires hotel management attention are some of the old rooms, especially their bathrooms. They really do not fit well to the standard of the whole hotel.

The holiday was great. Everyone was very nice and we did not experience a single problem in the approach of the animators or the staff. The food and drink was absolutely unreserved. We even got a better room than we booked and overall I can only recommend it.

Came here for a week's vacation. We are well impressed. We are all-inclusive which is well worth the investment. The place is immaculate, the food and drink is excellent and the staff are friendly. My only small criticism is that the onsite shop is very expensive. We paid 25 euro for 6 bottles of water and a bottle of orange juice! But I guess it's a captive market for them. That said, we found a great market shop just 5 minutes walk away so if you visit here I suggest you use that for sundry items. But again, the overall resort is fantastic 😊

Beautiful resort excellent sports facilities clean and well organized. Only visited for tennis but thoroughly enjoyed and recommended. The courts have a bit of sand but a lovely sea breeze and plenty of space. Avoid midday hours as too hot.

    1. Do not order a comfort room!!! they are horrible and old !!! We are actually very disapointed, the first room we give back, the second room was a bit better, but also horrible old with a lot small ants everywhere...and it gives no sence to hope every two days, you become a bit better room........ But the Resort are beautifill, greek architecture are very nice, expensive rooms i think too, the beach nice and clean, food excelent i mus say! I was in a lot of all inclusive resorts, but here are the food top. Resort are for French people...others, Slovakian, Czech, German, Polisch, etc. have no chance to understand the language and mostly the anime stuff speak only frensch, sometimes englisch by the entertaiment and evening programs. So, the hotel are nice, a lot of money are invested in 95% of buildings, pools, gardens, etc...but they risk a lot of good reputation to give this horrible old comfort rooms. And no botteled watter ! Only 1liter pro day... And a big shock! They use plastic cups for the beach and they don't recycle them! They do not recycle anything at all, plastic in each trasch... big Shame... Pictures attached of course.

One of the largest resorts in the island of Crete, beautifully put together to "spoil" every guest visiting or staying in. It includes a beautiful conference hall for conferences and events with truly wonderful atmosphere, menu and service! One should definitely experience a stay or visit there to fully appreciate the place! This particular reviewer has visited the conference hall invited to a big event, and had an absolutely wonderful time!

The best hotel complex I have ever been to. The food is delicious. Great rooms, very comfortable beds. The hotel is like a small town. Access to the beach directly from the hotel. I highly recommend

As some comments mentioned, the room looked a bit like it is from the 80s, but it was always properly cleaned, our bed was comfortable and the AC was noiseless. The all inclusive food was unexpectedly tasty, drinks at the bar were really good and the staff were flexible with our requests. The hotel organized many events, all of which were enjoyable. The personell was everywhere active and helpful. Mid September is more than ideal for a visit.
