The three departments, lab, x-ray and echocardiogram that I visited were all worthy of 5 stars. Each person that took care of me was kind and considerate of my needs and friendly at the same time. Bertrand Chaffee Hospital is fairly small and is still capable of meeting the needs of the community of Springville and the surrounding areas.

My care in the ER was exceptional as was when I was there last August. The importance of having this quality services in our community is vital.

We were seen very quickly and the staff worked great with my son thank you all for your hard work!!

The hospital and nurses and doctors were so nice to me checking on my pneumonia and partially collapsed lung they treated me so well I will go back from now on

Very old fashion. Needs to be updated. If u get the right Doctors u will be ok. I Got sent home 3 times with pnemonia. Then again Sent home 2 times with C diff. That Hospital Got Really Bad. Worse than what they were. Nurses are so unfriendly. They don't listen to what ur telling them is wrong with you. They Don't Care about anyone. Just Throw u out sick and don't do any test u go in there for. Bad really Bad ..Stay Away go Somewhere where they care. These people sure don't

My Dad had a test. The staff were fantastic and kind. Everything went well. He had a colonscopy performed the best service ever in the Ambulatory Center.
