I continue to be extremely pleased with this practice after over 10 years. The hygienists are extremely competent and pleasant. The doctors are superior.

Best dental office! Just went for my first appointment with them and all of my dental anxiety left as soon as I walked in and was greeted by the nicest staff! The dental hygienist was awesome! Dr. Ann was the sweetest and I’m so excited to have her as my new dentist! They answered all of my questions and were thorough and just wonderful. I highly recommend them!

Even before your appointment, they send you a reminder on your phone. It is convenient and great for a field where you often schedule months in advance. As a dentist office, they are fantastic. The staff is personable and knowledgeable, and often pause to check on your comfort during procedures. They are organized and keep good records, and are willing to work with people to find the best ways to get the procedures you need. They don't push unnessary procedure or products on you, but are more than willing to offer guidance when asked. The facility itself is nice and clean and bright - it is also pretty easy to get to.

Always, always receive excellent care and customer service. Dr. Carly (and her asst) not only put me at ease immediately but is an excellent dentist. I also appreciate the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Joy, Financial Lead, quickly researched the most cost effective options for my dental problem. Thanks all!

My son and I just had our teeth cleaned and the results were spectacular. I have the utmost respect for the Dentists, Dental hygienists and the office staff. Everyone is polite and cheerful and they utilize the latest technology. Great dentistry!

The whole crew at Pittsford Dental has been fantastic since Day 1. I started seeing Dr. Anne in my mid twenties and even though I have moved further south, I still make the trek to Pittsford, as I know how hard it can be today to find health providers who strive to curate the most innovative, affordable, and helpful solutions to patients. Incredible from start to finish. I had a bad experience with with previous dentist and when I called described briefly what was going on they informed me they could see me today and get it resolved. All went smoothly: from the receptionist to assistant to doctor were pleasant, friendly, supportive, and above all positive! Thank you for incredible relief!
