This could have been 5 stars, but they put so much whipped cream on my sundae I felt like they shorted my ice cream. All in all still delicious. The chocolates are amazing. All staff were friendly. Very clean. No rest rooms.

This is a must stop for anyone visiting or living in WNY. The chocolate is decadent and a treat for the palette. The service is friendly. Do not leave after purchasing all of the yummy deserts because the ice cream is the best I’ve ever tasted in my 54 years and it’s homemade. I had the Maple nut and the pumpkin and it was awesome. It’s served in either a glass dish or sterling silver bowl. I love love love this candy/ ice cream shop.

I have been coming here since I was a kid, my mother grew up in Lancaster. Every few years I get to visit her parents who still live there all the way from Oklahoma. Antoinette’s has been a great treat on every visit. I especially love their Sponge Candy and always buy a few bags before returning home again. Best sweets shop in the country!

Very clean organized and great customer service and first time experience

You can get a small dish of ice cream perfect for a child, OR a big portion with the most fantastic toppings. Friendly staff. They still bring water to the table. Checkout their chocolate and candy on the way out. Excellent.

Great place for an assortment of chocolates! Stopped here before Easter. I was not disappointed, and neither were the kids! Have to come back for the deserts.

Loved the old-fashioned candy tins decorating the place, with glass cherubs and stuffed animals hanging from the ceiling. The banana split had neither chocolate ice cream nor chocolate sauce; and it was studded with banana pennies , but why was the whipped cream gritty? Lovely counter service, and all the sweets looked fantastic!

Staffs were so friendly despite being busy. They answered all our questions and gave us recommendations. The portions were so huge. One specialty sundae is more than enough for three adults. Good thing we listened to the staff's advice and only ordered one. We couldn't finish. Decadent whipping cream and rich ice cream.
