This place is a SCAM - Poor hygiene, unprofessional services and amateur non trained staff - in one word AVOID My nails still hurt from what they did, went there to remove Shellac nail polish they over used the drill and hurt my nails and my skin. My nails are now weak and bendy ...completely destroyed my nails! The place is filthy with mails leftover everywhere, non clean towels...the salon smells horrible! Doesn’t respect COVID hygiene measures, staff wearing masks in a very loose way and no cleaning after each client! Eva is rude and insulting the clients in Greek, she doesn’t accept clients feedback and overcharge for services she didn’t perform!! Had to leave in the middle of the disaster they inflicted on my nails ... This place is an Absolute disgrace

Perhaps the best nail salon in Santorini. I have been trying for many years now several salons and their services, but Fabulous is the only one comprising great quality and pricing! Absolutely recommended! Great job guys!

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience here. I had a pedicure and noticed that the tools used weren't particularly sterile (for example, use of old or worn nail files). But I would have been willing to overlook that it the result was high quality. Toward the very end of the service, my technician clipped the skin at my cuticle, causing a cut and significant bleeding - not to mention it really hurt! Now, mistakes happen, but I really wasn't impressed with the response, which was a very brief 'sorry' followed by a comment implying that my toes were to blame. After poor attempts at cleaning up the blood I was given a small band-aid and left the place still bleeding. I was also charged the full amount - which I would have challenged had I not just wanted to get out of there. I now have a wound on my toe and honestly, the polish is so-so. UPDATE: The merchant offered me a refund on the condition I remove my review, which I attempted to negotiate with them (that I would update my review to reflect that the issue had been addressed, an apology made etc.) - however this process was fraught. The refund was quite clearly only offered in order to secure removal of my poor review, rather than in good faith or with concern for my experience. I was also accused of being dishonest about the hygiene. Obviously I’m in no position to know what standards they are or aren’t following, I'm just commenting on what I saw. TLDR; In summary, I never got a refund and the customer service response has left an even sourer taste in my mouth. Pretty disappointed.

I had a manicure and pedicure done today and I had a great experience! They speak english and it was easy to tell them what I wanted. Make sure you make an appointment bc I saw multiple people try to walk in and she was only able to take 1 person right when they opened. The girl that did my nails was very nice and she suggested a different nail shape than I originally requested and I’m very happy she did! she shaped my nails perfectly and I even told her I like how she did my nails more than how i’ve gotten them done in the US. for a mani/pedi it was €55 euro! Overall great service and good price

I have acrylic nails and requested a fill. Eva was my technician. She is excellent and I highly recommend her. Modern and very clean establishment.

Maria did an AMAZING job! She gave me a bomb pedicure and I got a new set of acrylic nails. She nailed the almond shape. I could see she took her time shaping each nail and made sure both hands matched. They also had the chrome polish which was so much fun!

Great prices and an amazing service. I felt more than welcomed. I will be definitely visiting again.
