Our group took over all Aqua & Terra properties with two families, including children, and were blown away by our stay. From both villas, you have picture perfect views, dip pools, amazing outdoor areas, beautiful accommodations, and are steps to everything, including our favorite restaurants. The hosts helped us with everything you could ever need, from transfers and luggage, to keeping the property clean throughout our stay. We would recommend this property for anyone!

I have so many wonderful things to say about Aqua Terra. First of all, the location is absolutely amazing. You are steps away from the main part of Oia, meaning you can easily access shops, places to eat, museums, and all of the famous photo spots. It is very nice to have the view and amenities you do without having to spiral up and down steps into the deeper parts of the city. You have an amazing view of the caldera and the city on both sides. It is also very close to the taxi/bus station if you want to access other parts of the island. The hosts are phenomenal and truly make you feel very special. They are very accommodating, doing anything they can to assure you have a seamless experience. It was my boyfriends birthday while we were there and the owner was kind enough to leave us a delicious cake alongside the complimentary wine. Also, the breakfast is very delicious and filling. Cant recommend this place enough. There is absolutely no reason to spend more money to stay elsewhere when this place is offered for its price and with the level of luxury it offers. Thank you for making our 10 year anniversary and my boyfriends birthday one we will never forget. ❤️

We had the most incredible stay at Aqua Terra in Santorini! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Oia. The views were incredible and our host helped us arrange transportation from the airport, excursions, breakfast delivery, and more! We would love to come back!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I couldn’t say enough amazing things about this space and our host, Artemia. Her cave homes are stunning, clean, and in the heart of the most beautiful town in Santorini. Artemia is helpful, kind, and extremely accommodating. This is a must stay for anyone traveling to Oia.

My wife and I and our two teenage boys recently stayed at George and Artemis' magical cave house in spectacular Oia, Santorini. It's hard to convey in words and photos what a special place this is. You have to see this with your own eyes to truly get the full picture of the private villa. First of all - the location. Best in Oia, perched high on the cliffs but low enough to avoid the crowds of people on the boardwalk above. Felt very exclusive to walk down to the villa after the day's activities to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The cave home is spacious and well appointed and had a 2nd suite for our teenagers with their own private entrance. Perfect for a family of 4 like ours! We were treated to a delicious breakfast each morning (highly recommend the granola and yogurt) with lots options that can be varied each day. Such a nice touch. This experience was made extra wonderful by the hosts George and Artemis. From the time we booked to when we arrived George was an excellent and prompt communicator, helping plan every detail and answering all questions. We were met personally by George at check-in and he immediately made us feel welcome and at home. He also offered up suggestions of restaurants and tours and helped us organize a private wine / restaurant tour for one of the days. everything was perfect and George went above and beyond to accommodate. Can't recommend Aqua & Terra Cave House highly enough. We made some great memories with our family and loved every minute in Oia, Santorini. April, while the weather can be variable, was a great time to travel to avoid the crowds and heat. If you can definitely do the hike from Oia to Fira. One of the highlights for sure - we did it twice! Thank you George and Artemis for a great holiday that we won't soon forget!

The most amazing place to stay with wonderful and very helpful hosts. Everything about Aqua Terra is fabulous! Location is perfect, so close to everything you want in Oia! Views amazing. Love the soaking tub on the patio. A charming place with lovely hosts!

Heaven on earth. Words and pictures can not describe how amazing this place is. You have direct unobstructed sweeping views of Oia and the Mediterranean but Aqua and Terra is a special place. It is very private with many areas outside to sit with dream views. Once you warm up you can dip into the plunge pool to cool off. The cave home itself is spotless and well equipped with everything you need. The host was honestly the best host I have ever worked with. She helped us organize our trip to ensure we had the best holiday ever. She was always available for questions about the island. Most importantly, she was kind and a truly genuinely lovely person. This was a dream holiday for our family…honestly it was incredible.

First class experience! The view is one of the best in Oia. The location is just perfect. We enjoyed watching all the Instagrammers vie for photos. George and Artemis were wonderful hosts, suggesting boat tours and breakfast delivery we could enjoy from the balcony, and arranging anything we needed from the moment we set foot on Santorini until the moment we regretfully had to leave. This was first class all the way.
