If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. I was scheduled for a 1:15 Oral Surgery Consult with Dr. Sandeep Singla. I come from college, during the middle of class to come here, I go to the 564 E Ridge Rd location as instructed 20 minutes early. When I arrive the door to suite 202 is locked and the lights are off. I’ve been here for an hour now, trying to reach ANYONE at Wilson Dental or the Oral Surgery Place. The wait on the phone was 30 minutes and after 17 minutes I was sent to voicemail. If I did not need this appointment I would have left sooner. I have not received any notice of cancellation or rescheduling. I am really patient but this is an unacceptable waste of time. The lack of communication is impeccable and unprofessional. If you can afford literally anywhere else, just go there. I am truly disgusted at this treatment.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!! please do not take your kids here you will regret it! They make you wait over 2 hours even if you have a appointment. They are very unprofessional and rude. They will cancel your appointment more than once for no reason. The excuse they always use is “the dentist is not here today”’ Others arriving after you will be called before you and if you don’t get up and ask the receptionist what is going on you will still be waiting for another hour! They hurt you and do everything in a rush not to mention how GHETTO the staff is! RUN!!! This place is horrible!! There is always something going on everyday they have more complaints then you could imagine! RUN MY FRIEND RUN!!!!!!!!!! 0 STARS!!!

After reading all the horror stories (everything from the breastfeeding Mother being publicly humiliated and kicked out by the dentist who continues to be employed there & the story was so bad it made the national headlines to people’s teeth being yanked out by the root when it was the WRONG tooth/ Fillings and crowns popping out etc.) I canceled my appointment at Wilson and was VERY blessed to find Eastman Dental. They may have a long wait but they’re worth the it!

My experience thus far at Wilson Dental has been very good. The staff is helpful, friendly and, the doctors I spoke with were extremely helpful; to the extent of informing me of details I was previously unaware of, saving me an immeasurable amount of hassle, expense and headache going forward. I can't tell you how reassuring it is to know that your dental health/hygiene and, yes, vanity are in good hands. Many thanks!

Frighteningly bad, zero stars is too many. Filthy office, floors and walls are grimy and disgusting. Equipment is cracked and falling apart, blood in the sinks, didn't follow protocol and check my vitals even though they brought the blood pressure machine in the room. One dentist for the whole practice and she's trying to work on ten people at once. They cemented my teeth together and couldn't fix it for two weeks, then on the day of the appointment the dentist was a no show and the whole waiting room was sent home. My teeth weren't bothering me before they did the fillings and now they hurt everyday. Pieces of the fillings started coming out a week later. This place is fine if you need an emergency cleaning or a referral to another provider but DO NOT come for ANYTHING else. I will actively warn people away from this place for as long as they exist, they depend on people being poor and desperate and having no alternative.

The wait was not too long but I was only going in for a cleaning. My appointment was done fairly quickly too. I haven’t been to a dentist in many years and it wasn’t too painful. She mostly used the water pick which doesn’t hurt as bad as those scraping hook things. They are clearly very busy all the time so understanding that wait times for appointments may be long going into it will make your time here easier.

Recently went to get my fillings done in November. Left with a missing filling and a hole in my tooth. When i went back she stated “it must've fell out”. She didnt shave my fillings down. Felt like i was chewing on rocks. Tried to speak with a manager but he couldnt assist with anything. Most definitely tried to avoid handling this situation.Now i have never ending nerve pain and halfway filled teeth. Very upset with this experience.

They were very pleasing to work with,but wish I could have worked with my previous dentist. Unfortunately my insurance would not cover me there.Plus I had to drive further for the care.Even though looking up what I should do with a really bad toothache it was too late for them to check why it hurt so bad and feel it was concerning enough to see much sooner.Fail on my point of view and can't believe I feel some issue is still there and they say it was my sinuses.I am still doubtful.

Very good care and with the doctor very well since with everything he told me I am much better
