Fabulous traditional Greek Cafe. We always order a Country Breakfast and Yoghurt with fruit,nuts and honey. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is really chilled. It's also very good value for money.

Artsy coffee shop near the port or Mytilene. Had a croissant filled with tahini, honey and banana along with sliced bread with avocado and carrot chutney. DE-LI-CIOUS. Coffee made with Kawa blend is AMAZING. So stoked with this place. Highly recommended.

Solid breakfast, busy place with many locals (good sign that it's worth returning to), pleasant jazz music, cozy interior, breakfast plate is €5. I don't drink coffee and tea so I have no opinion on that, but the orange juice was delicious and freshly made.

This was one of my favorite lunch spots while working in Mitilini. The sandwiches are excellent; they are made out of fresh ingredients. All juices and smoothies are amazing. The service is excellent!

Words cannot describe the feelings when I walk in this place. I have known it for years when it was the best bar in town and the place you could just go and find a friendly face and people smiling. It has changed its style to a more brunch oriented caffee and has succeeded in that as well. The dish choices are many and really tasty, the smoothies amazing as well

The whole team is very friendly. The coffee quality can be increased a little bit more and the prices are quite affordable ☺️🙏🤘 will definitely go again 🍹

A very nice and hospitable cafe, which serves a truly excellent breakfast for people like me, coming off the ferry tired and hungry. Most ingredients are from the island itself. Staff is happy to tell you all about the provenance. The bread is fresh and crunchy, too. In the afternoon, I had a good local white wine here as well. Add to this the relaxed atmosphere and the nice decoration with old gramophones etc and I would say Mousiko Kafeneio is the perfect spot for any visitor of Mytilini!

Excellent locally produced ingredients. Balanced prices. Highly recommended. Only problem is the passing thru, retarded motorbike drivers with the loud exhaust.

Ambiance is great, but food service is extremely slow. If you have an insulin problem like me, this pace would make you mad. Everybody is waiting for a long time. I ordered a mediterrain bread, which was too salty. The cafe should review the tastes of sandwiches once more.

We visited the cafe on the hottest day in Greece. Their coffee was very good and their lemonades were very refreshing. We enjoyed our breakfast and the owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Apostolos gave us very good tips regarding where to visit and offered us some local cheese. We will definitely go back again!

Nice selection of brunches and juices. Highlight was the power juice. Very fresh. Brunches we tried (croissant, Toast and bagels) were ok, not something remarkable. The place is nicely located in a side street but the traffic and noise from motorbikes made it difficult to enjoy the otherwise pleasurable atmosphere. Service was friendly but very very slow.

A Must when you visit Mytilene. One of the first Cafes . Full of character.

Traditional yoghurt is fantastic ! In my second visit I tried avocado toast , delicious !
