For
something
different
and
once,
just
to
see
a
traditional
mountain
settlement
called
Anthochori
and
the
way
they
used
water
streams
for
washing
carpets
back
then.
This
establishment
became
a
café
-
tavern
nowadays.
The
place
is
very
close
to
the
famous
Metsovo
and
there's
no
point
to
go
except
from
curiosity.
Don't
try
to
reach
at
winter
time
as
road
is
dangerous.
Prefer
spring
or
autumn
season,
as
nature
will
be
in
pretty
colours
and
rewards
you
the
effort
traveling
there.
When
you're
there
you
can
enjoy
coffee,
soft
drinks,
small
beer
selection,
some
sweet
dessert
selection
and
3-4
grilled
meat
plate
choices.
Small
place
usually
table
full
at
weekends
and
maybe
you
have
to
wait
for
a
table
opening.
The
food
is
mediocre
to
good,
not
something
special,
but
is
a
tavern
with
a
grill
and
not
a
restaurant
with
a
chef...
Personally
have
eaten
better
and
tastier
in
the
Metsovo
village.
The
sweet
deserts
are
not
offered
after
meal.
You
have
to
buy
them
and
are
hand
made
as
they
stated.
The
day
I
was
there
they
had
chocopie
and
orangepie.
Both
where
good
and
fresh.
The
staff
were
polite
but
always
in
a
hurry
and
forgetting
things
or
mismatch
orders.
Don't
blame
them
tho
as
they
were
3
guys
for
all
the
work
of
30+
tables.
Not
recommended
for
disabled
people
and
wheelchair
users.
Although
it
has
ramp
the
slope
is
dangerous.
Yes
the
place
is
memorable
but
don't
think
I'm
planning
revisiting
it
soon.
