Joe was a pleasure to work with but the pink pants and arrogance of the manager cost the sale for me. The used truck I was after had more issues we found than was listed and in the end we walked over $600. Came from another state for a cash deal and after issues were found (front end vibration, bad seal on headlight, running board lights wiring broken, few extra scratches and dings) Joe was willing to make a deal or try to fix but the manager stepped in and shut the deal down. Made an offer for another truck if damage to bed was repaired but also was shut down by pink panthers management style. Not amused with the waste of time and travel.

I was disappointed,having bought two vehicles from them in the past and wanting to trade in one of them 13 years later you would have thought that repete customer history would count for something but it didn't and they said they would give me 100 dollars for my vehicle the wipers and tank of gas were worth that,I don't like the way I was treated,Matt Clark or someone with some rank would have helped so we could come to some agreement everyone could be happy with

I had an amazing used car buying experience at Humes. Adam was a great help without being pushy when he was offering my options. He made everything to make the process easy. I also used the body shop at Humes. Everybody I interacted with was really professional and I felt like a valuable customer.

Changed my rating as I had great experience with the sales staff but terrible with service. Service manager brian yelled at me on the phone because they didnt fix the right issue with my electrical problem after 2 times. Said he would get back to me its been over 2 months still waiting its ok dont bother. When I went to pick up my jeep after they "fixed" it when I started it in the parking lot the same warning came up on the dashboard.

First time buyer at this dealership and certainly not the last time. Working with their team and our deal manager Adam was simple and painless, we had an exact amount we were willing to spend and they explored many options in their fleet before we found the perfect fit. Even after the sale, a few imperfections that were previously not known of in the paint came to light. We told them what we found, and we both agreed that it wasnt present before, but instead of finger pointing, we found a gentlemanly solution of splitting the cost of their time and materials to alleviate the issue. Their body shop was very organized, and provided a brand new loaner, and completed painting 2 of the doors, in only 2 days, which was 1 day earlier than promised. This vehicle has a unique paint finish, with multiple mid coats with various pearls, which would make matching the paint very difficult. I tried to find any sign of the repair using multiple spectrums of light and it had none, it was perfect as if it came from the factory. Easy purchase, patience with our budget and extreme pickiness, and the willingness to handle an issue in such a manner that would ensure a future partnership!

Had a very good experience trading in my jeep renegade and buying a new 2021 renegade with Eric. There was no pressure to buy warranties or made us run credit for other banks because we came in with our pre-approval letter. They also swapped my snow tires because I got same make and model just newer same wheel size. I fully appreciate the service I received here! After dealing with other businesses in other states this place was such a relaxing experience and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle.

After dealing with multiple dealerships throughout Erie county I would say that Humes in Waterford is the best. In the last 9 years I have bought or leased 7 different trucks and suv's. Everytime Humes has been the best dealership. I used to go to the ram dealership in edinboro but can honestly say I wouldn't send my most hated enemy out there.

I recently went to Humes in search of a new Jeep Renegade. Bob was very attentive and informative even with me being a walk-in customer. He explained everything thoroughly. He worked with his finance team to make sure I got a fair trade in value and a payment that worked for me. I will definitely be sending my friends and coworkers to Humes, and I am sure this will not be the last purchase I make from them.
